@wardenchampion followed this blog and my main one recently and I had like this mental throwback lol, so I’m honored they’re following me - I’ve always admired their art, Adore is one of the first apprentices I can remember seeing/learning about, actually. Regardless, I love their art and you should definitely check out Adore.

Adore could feel herself groggily waking in the muted morning light. She was back at the shop - tucked under the covers comfortably. Sitting up, she felt bandages tighten around her slightly and her head spin with swirling dizziness. She furrowed her eyebrows, trying to recall what had happened before she had been knocked out. 

Ah - that's right - someone had shoved Asra into the street by accident, just as a wagon was barrelling down the road. Panicked, Adore had pushed Asra out of the way, but was unable to move out of its path before it hit her. She couldn't remember anything after the sight of the gigantic wagon in front of her. 

"You're awake," Asra's voice called from her left. He was in a chair across the room. Swiftly, he right beside her bedside in an instant. 

"Are you okay?" she asked worriedly, observing him for any signs of injury.

“Am I okay? Adore, you’re sitting here, covered with injuries and you’re asking if I’m okay?” Asra shook his head, with a tiny smile. “Selfless to the bone. Is there anything I can do for you, Adore?”

She paused, contemplating. “Could you - do you mind staying with me?” the apprentice asked softly.

“Always.”

OC Kiss Week numero dos! I only had time for a sketch today since it is my dad's birthday! Today Hera is kissing the lovely Adore who belongs to @wardenchampion.
