Like.... I can't stop thinking about it getting really cold one day, and Muriel being worried about his chickens finding it cold?? He goes to check his protection charms (or something???) And then he just comes back to find Lee (my apprentice) making these for his chickens, 'cause that's totally something she would do.

In her past life, before the plague, she was a traveling dancer. I imagine that's how she first ended up in Vesuvia. She came as part of the entertainment for the festivities for Nadia's arrival. After that, the group she was a part of came every year for the masquerade.
