Cassandra is the only child of the Queen and King of the Ovrilonian Empire, which is one of the biggest countries on the North, quite far away from Prakra. The princess was in her early teens when her mother died while giving birth to Cass' brother. Unfortunately, the child didn't live for a long time and followed his mother to death. Wulfacar inherited the throne from his dead wife and named Cassandra as his only heir. To ease the young girl's pain and take her mind off of her mother's death, her father sent her away from Ovrilon to travel the world and study different things from different places. Cassandra is a well-trained warrior with great magical abilities, though she's not capable of using all of her powers, because her father never let her stay at her aunt's place in Vesuvia for too long, who is an old but powerful magician. She returned to Ovrilon at her eighteenth birthday and saw it's terrible state. She tried to open her father's eyes about how bad things are in their country, but Wulfacar never listened to her, and he sent her into the battlefield instead. Cass didn't like the idea of leading soldiers into the battle, but she obeyed her father and began her life as a warrior princess. People say she once got captured by the enemy during her travels, and they tried to sell her as a slave, then she broke out of her prison and fought against twenty men barehanded, but she insists that's only a rumour. She fought against many enemies and saw even more things within the next three years, then she disappeared, and no one saw her since then.
