A Lender Is Foreclosing On The Swank NYC Hotel Donald Trump Unveiled On 'The Apprentice'
If you are a New Yorker who’s into Donald Trump’s preferred huge and shiny aesthetic, this may possibly be a sad moment for you.
The lender in Trump Soho, the hotel Trump unveiled on his show The Apprentice, has decided to foreclose on the house, according to the Wall Street Journal. 
From the WSJ:
True-estate investor CIM Group, which holds a junior loan on the house, is taking handle of the creating by means of a foreclosure method and his hired brokerage Eastdil Secured to auction off the house.
The hotel opened in 2010 and rapidly became a hotspot for upscale bottle service. But as with a lot of NYC nightlife destinations, its recognition has waned.
Trump has a licensing deal with the property, not an equity stake.
