15/07/21 I have been collating all of the information into my report today for my works monitoring project. I am now at 35 pages and still going.
24th July Another week another KDL Law Update. Today I have been reading through the latest update on Costs Order in the First Tier Tribunal for legal service disputes.
11th August Following a meeting with my tutor It has been made aware that I need to research Safeguarding and Grooming as this may be something that comes up in my line of work. This will also help prepare me for my End Point Assessment.
7th Sept I am learning so much from the KDL Law's updates. I have read through their latest one today on Tenancy Deposits in respect of shared houses and the problems they can cause.
15th July I had some spare time today so decided to read through a KDL Law update on the Abolition of Ground Rent.
15th October I have switched my morning reading to KDL Law updates with a nice cup of tea to increase my off the job learning. Today's reading Enforcing Tribunal Determination under Section 27a as to payability and reasonableness for service charge.
20/09/21 Today I sat in on an Annual General Meeting with the clients and leaseholders of a property in Ilford to approve the company accounts, reinstate directors, accept the minutes from the last meeting and reappoint the accountants. Once the formalities were out the way it was up to the residents to bring forward anything they would like in regards to the site such as the gardening , cleaning, parking , items being left in the communal areas etc.
30.09.21 Today is HML's Annual Conference 2021 - We are having a remote version this year due to the Government Restrictions of large gathering. This will help increase with off the job training on One File as the meeting will discuss various aspects of Customer Service, & Health and Safety changes this year.
