We tested our luck last night by revisiting the #SiemReap famous clams spot in Tuol Tompuong West. Last time we had to wait 20 mins for a seat, and an additional 30 mins for food. And the clams were already sold out at 530pm! But last night we got lucky. Tonight I felt like borbor. My throat is feeling kinda weird from late nights and alcohol, so what better option than #Cambodia’s most common comfort food. @monyta_keo knew of a popular street stall in my block (surprised bc I thought I knew every street food in my hood), but this is truly a quality spot. We ordered chicken wings and innards, along with Chinese donuts with sliced ginger on the side. This is one of my fave restaurants in town. Not only are the food delicious, served in tapa size portions, most plates are $1.50 each, including my two top choices: Hawaiian pizza and the mussels.
