So very few people know this about me, but I formed a band recently 🎸 Growing up, I always wanted to become a woman and a Rock Star 👩🏼🎤First in 6th grade, together with my friends Andrew Greene (RIP) and Rylan we won our classes battle of the bands contest with our rendition of 311’s “Down”. I remember wearing a bright red Bowie like wig for the show. In 8th Grade, my old pal Kenny J, teamed up with Andrew Greene and I to win another battle of the bands as a Rap Group. We called ourselves Extra Value and each of us was named after a fast food burger. If I remember correctly, my name was Big Mac. In 9th grade I formed a boy band with some other friends to compete in the school talent show. We were kicked off stage mid performance by the Assistant Principal who literally dragged us off stage and closed the curtain on us. We were told we could never participate in the school talent show again due to our antics and overly flamboyant performance. 😂My older sister who was in the crowd was so embarrassed. (Sorry Tiff) 😉 During my Sophomore year, along with my buddies Zach and Mark P, We briefly formed a band named “The Sophomorons” 😝 i played Bass Guitar.
