Said it when asked before, gonna say it again, the Zoo Tycoon games, specifically ZT1, ZT2, and all of their expansions. Not the X-Box One ZT, which genuinely was the reason I bought that console WAY back in the day. I'm answering this one again because it actually popped up AS an ask in my inbox, so I figured I'd reiterate just in case it makes a difference. But, yeah, Zoo Tycoon for sure.
