All it took was for me to listen..... To never have any ounce of doubt. I was drilled to learn that (main reason for this particular photo) I remember it like it was yesterday when I was on the edge of quitting this sport, it's crazy to think that once April came into my life all of my motivation & drive was restored. Moving to Colorado, away from all my family was rough, but being with April has truly been God given to say I have never felt so connected with someone. I write this in a manor that, because of April I wouldn't be invovled with Spartan Race or OCR for that matter. Of course it takes my effort to commit as my life has truly transformed around...but that's just what love did to me. I've been able to watch her grow as an athlete as much as myself, but what I truly love the most is being able to see a side of her that nobody gets to see.
