Jasper walked onto the grass, his baseball glove in one hand and his bat in the other. He had a ball inside the glove, he wasn’t sure that April had but he didn’t have spare with him. He hadn’t actually played baseball in a while. He tended to get competitive at sports and liked to be the best but he’d withdrawn from that when he He dropped his stuff on the ground flopping down on the grass to wait for her. His sat and picked grass for a few seconds before reaching out and plucking a few daisies from the ground and deciding to attempt a daisy chain.
Focused on the task at hand with his typical sharp focus he paid no attention to anything except threading daisies through stalks.
