Season your evening with a fine dining experience overlooking the gorgeous harbour bridge, but unfortunately the service experienced on the night was a little let down. Start your 5-course meal with dishes that bring sophisticated flavours to your taste buds, including the tender quail or the scallops (they were a little mushy for my liking). Continue on with a smaller pasta dish; both choices tasted were delightful and enough to give you a burst of flavour but also leaving you wanting a little more.
Tenderize with the mains, which were definitely the highlights of the evening, including the juicy and crispy pork belly or the charcoal wagyu flank. Finally, sweeten your palate with delicately presented desserts such as the passionfruit mousse or the creamy hazelnut budino.
