Okay, so what kind of details could you give me of the confrontation and fight scene between Elsa and Nokk? I believe in your video you mentioned she used ice shields to stop it from attempting to drown her. Please, if you could, give me every detail you remember about that scene, I will love you forever!
It’s actually very fast and very intense! Lots of stuff were happening. First of all, let me pick up from the moment we saw in the trailer, when Elsa comes back to the surface; she gasps for air and looked down through the water to understand what the heck that was. It rushes to her so she immediatly throws her hand forward to create herself an ice platform on which to climb, and she floats away, still trying to understand what the creature is. She looks through the next upcoming wave and the Nokk is standing there (it’s hard to define its form but its eyes glow through the water, also its moves REEEEALLY FAST) and there’s some sort of beat, a silence, then suddenly it RUSHES out of the wave to her and slams her underwater.
It uses its front hooves to push her down and deeper, to basically drown her, and she’s like ‘??? UHMMM??’, at first she tries to take the hooves away from her using her hands, but realizes that it’s very strong, so she frowns and grips its ankles with her hands and diffuses magic. Ice patterns in the shapes of snowflakes forms on the legs, and then in a ‘swoop!’ the whole shape of the horse is frozen, but it turns to bubbles because the Nokk disappears again. That’s when you realize that not only it’s super strong, but intangible as well so as an audience you’re like ‘Oh alright Elsa can fight but how can she win a fight against magical WATER?’
Some time passes as Elsa tries to go up for oxygen after looking around her where it is, trying to swim away in the process, but the Nokk is like ‘no bitch not that way YOU SHALL NOT PASS’ so we kicks her again and again in a sort of push/current way, and she’s buffeted in every way. She looks exhausted from it but also 100% DONE with it like ‘Okay you want to play that game? FINE BY ME’ and she starts sending ice blasts.
When the Nokk tries to bump her again she rises her hand and forms a giant snowflake that is super thick to stop it. I think I remember that it manages to head butt the first snowflake away so she creates another one even thicker and wider, and this time it stops it in its tracks and it has to go around it.
And the frustrating part is how that’s exactly where the sneak peek cut; the Nokk was about to charge Elsa again, and I WANT TO KNOW WHAT SHE WAS ABOUT TO DO NEXT
