Sorry for the delay in replying Lia, and yes I have been through therapy almost four years ago now. It helped a lot but unfortunately I left therapy early and I don't think that was a very good choice. I'm a lot lot better than I used to be but still have my up and down days. Thanks for reminding me I'm not alone. I feel a lot better and stronger talking to you guys :) I can't wait to see all our amazing progress!
Just stepped on the scales and confirmed what I thought :( I've gained 2kg back from the 6kg I lost...
Lia it's more than understandable that it's hard to lose weight at the moment with lots of parties and events going on, don't be too hard on yourself. Keep trying your best and in a few more weeks the results will show and you will be feeling much better :)
I keep making posts and accidentally posting them to my public blog instead of on here, how embarrassing! Anyway, I've been really off track the last week but I'm trying to get back into it. I'm on a placement at the moment at a reptile park and it's really far away so I have to wake up at 5am and don't get home until 7pm. It's really hard work as well so it's making me really hungry and instead of eating salads for dinner I've been binging on carbs and chocolates :( going to try and do better this week before I undo all my hard work... I'd lost 6kg in about 2 and a half months but now I have no idea how much I've gained back... The last month has been very on and off :(
When are you going to try? You don't have any kids yet do you? :)
Nope, not yet :)
