December 1, 2025 - Football fans in Gaza celebrated Palestine’s win against Qatar at the Arab Cup, the team’s first victory at the tournament in 59 years, despite Israel's on-going genocide.

Israel needs to be banned from each and every sports association! Never accept the sportswashing of their genocidal apartheid regime! We have the Arab Cup currently taking place, and today Palestine topped its group in the second round. In every match, whether in the qualifiers before the tournament or during the tournament, the opposing fans raise the Palestinian flag, cheer for them, and rejoice in their success. These are wonderful, moving, beautiful, and joyful feelings. Everyone stands with Palestine, everyone is happy for them, and celebrates with them even if Palestine beats them 🇵🇸🇵🇸🤍🤍

We are all happy for the people of Gaza, who are watching amid genocide, for the people of the West Bank, who endure the harshest daily life under occupation, and for every happy Palestinian, wherever they may be
