1. What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?

I never liked it when Lilith Lovers (I am one too, mind you) break her and Dirk on the basis that he is too “nice” and set her up with Angela’s original boyfriend, Dustin. FIRST OFF, Dustin doesn’t deserve her, also, Dirk is pretty cool??? “But they are opposites!” Never mind that “sisters switching boyfriends” is a GROSS trope, people need to stop looking at accomplished characters (Angela, Dirk) as undeserving because … they are pretty and popular? Sounds like “Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne” and “You Belong With Me by Taylor Swift (Love you, TS, tho!)” mentality to me and I won’t stand for it!! Also, not to like scare you or anything, but if you believe in this boyfriend switch, then you believe in the “stick with your own kind!” ideology. CHECK–FUCKING–MATE!!

I hope no one takes the last part seriously because it was intended as an exaggeration, but you never know! Bring it on!

I have seen weird pairings and pairings that I disagree with (like Vidcund/Circe), but nothing gets me as heated as Dustin/Lilith, LMAO! The only person who has ever done Dustin/Lilith RIGHT is aldohyde and none of y’all (including me!) are aldohyde, sooooo …

23. Unpopular character you love?

I mean, based on the old community mentality (there’s still some of it leftover, though *sad face*), I think Angela Pleasant counts. LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN, I know someone is going to come in here and tell me that I’m a hypocrite because I did portray Angela as selfish, violent, and smug in my Pleasantview Let’s Play series and I did seem that I was not sympathetic towards her, but the truth of the matter is, I do think she is great! Sometimes I’m harsh to my Sims out of tough love and I was sympathetic towards her when she caught her father cheating on her mother (not a big spoiler, this was literally the first episode of the series), so let’s get that straight. She is not a preppy, evil cheerleader like many portray her to be, I just happen to think that while she has some terrible qualities because of how she was raised, she cares about her family, she cares about her neighbors, she cares about her grades, and the overall problem with her, IN MY OPINION, is that she cares too much even for the wrong reasons. I need to stop because I can go on and on about this, gag me.

I suppose Ajay Loner and The Singles count based on how everyone talks about them as if they were boring or forgettable, but I disagree so much with this because out of all the families in Strangetown, I played them the most. However, I can agree that Ajay may be boring, hahaha.

Another one! Dina Caliente! LISTEN, I was on the “She’s nothing but an evil gold-digger, BURN HER!” team once upon a time (it literally ended over a year ago, *SMH* to me), but once I examined her character objectively, I decided to STAN FOREVER! The fact that more people are giving her more dimension makes me so happy, but I still see the theories blaming it all on HER in 2019, so I guess the fight isn’t over yet.
