Yes absolutely! If anything I’ll let my mom and sister hang out with my mom’s old friends from when she lived in Marietta and borrow the car and come to Athens.

I might be going to Atlanta with my mom and sister this summer, too. Is that anywhere near Athens where we could reasonably meet up?

Athens is about an hour to an hour and a half away from Atlanta. but I would totes drive up there just to meet up.

though I definitely do recommend a trip to Athens while you're in Georgia because it's such a cute town full of history. like hellooooooo REM got their start here!! and Kim Basinger randomly come into Bed Bath and Beyond and hits on my manager Chris lol.
