You’ve probably already explained this, but why doesn’t Dazai’s ability remove Chuuyas wings?
I haven't and I have a shit way of explaining But here goes Chuuya sprouted the wings when Dazai wasn't touching him during the battle with Guirve since his power was finally unleashed. When they began to form Dazai hadn't touched him so at that point they're a physical manifestation now. It's basically how I explained in another post; it's like, per se, an arm. If Dazai were to touch him it'd be exactly like making his arm disappear because he exists. When the wings formed it was caused by Arahabaki, aka, Chuuya's ability, but the manifestation was already done before Dazai touched him. At that point they were real limbs. Not the cause of his ability. The reason why Chuuya can shrink his wings when Dazai touches him is they're also, in a way, not necessarily not on their plane of earth, but rather a bubble in some subspace Arahabaki could reach. I guess he just took his wings, projected it onto Chuuya, and they came to be. Chuuya uses gravity to condense them in a different place than Dazai can access, and Dazai does it through touch. But if he isn't touching the affected thing/the skill user, it doesn't work. By my logic, Chuuya's pushing his skill directly onto his wings, and Dazai can't cancel it out since he's not necessarily using it in their world, sorta. I guess Arahabaki is doing it for him, rather than Chuuya using his own ability. Does that make sense logic wise?? I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS MAKES SENSE LOGIC WISE. If it doesn't I say BULLSHIT ITS FANTASY STORY I DO WHAT I WANT IT JUST HAS REALISTIC ASPECTS
