these are quick but i realized i never drew arahana and eloras rings together and wanted to show them real fast

elora’s ring is a ring of warmth, resistance to cold + this is more Headcanon but i like to imagine it can emit a magical wave of warmth... arahana bought it before the campaign began and planned on proposing to elora... but ofc elora vanished u_u she eventually got to give it to her tho!!!! the engraving: many the stars i see but in my eye none like thee” based on this one

arahana’s ring is a ring of sending and enables the wearer to cast sending once per day without expending spell slots. arahana worried a lot about leaving to go on adventures after eloraquest was over because she feared something would happen while she was gone and she’d lose elora again, so elora got her this so they could stay in touch no matter where arahana went, and arahana would know elora was thinking of her ;__; the engraving says: “with you always”

yes i wrote abut tihs a bit on twitter but im going on here more too because I MUST but asdfdsgfghs this song keeps making me think of the Early Aralora days. elora didn’t rly intend to get into a Serious relationship w/ arahana, it was a Just for fun thing, as all her relationships in waterdeep were because she was on the run and knew she’d have to leave at some point. tfw u are a wanted criminal with a giant bounty on ur head

so even as elora fell in love with arahana she kept telling herself it was “fake relationship” with a “fake love”, even as she started putting off and putting off her departure becuase she didnt wanna Leave. agsdfgh that makes me so emo 🥺🥺🥺 i feel like the “fake” aspect of it was a big part of how elora even justified it to herself because she was like “shell get over it. she was in love with elora lavain, not the Real me. she wouldnt love maris starseeker”. WHICH IS SO AAGHSDFSDG BECAUSE THE THING IS ARAHANA DIDNT GET OVER IT!!! SHE WENT AFTER HER!!!! and while learning about who the true elora was shook her, she DIDNT STOP LOVING HER!!! AAAAAAA it KILLS ME!!!!!!!!

Aralora sadstuck moments: my personal game theory of why elora got caught (she was being pursued by bounty hunters) is that she kept putting off her Departure because she didn't wanna leave arahana 🥺🥺🥺 I mean eloras been a criminal for 282983 years and knows how to evade the law. She just simply left too late 😭😭😭

18. Biggest insecurity

elora, answering this question: i have no insecurities im literally flawless :/

BUT MORE SERIOUSLY sdfsdg hmmm... a very interesting question because again eloras so Confident, her insecure and shy moments are Very Few and Far Between. but they Definitely Happen, like... sdfdsg i bring this up Way too Often BUT it was a very significant event that impacted elora a lot!!! she cared a lot about hte starseeker crew!!! so Def the starseeker crew being pwned made her Question a lot about herself and her abilities. like that was one of her Major Losses and elora lavain is a very sore loser. so Losing to solvin, who she Absolutely Loathes pisses her off so much LMFAOOO. solvin never rubbed it in canon (as far as i know) but if it did it’d literally be like

beyond that hmmmm... idt elora really Waxes Poetic in Shame and Guilt over the things she’s done, but she recognizes that she isnt Really a saint. and normally that’s literally Whatever to her but i think when she met arahana, she was somewhat insecure about whether arahana could really love the ~*real her. elora thought “She loves Elora Lavain, but can she love Maris Starseeker? Probably not.” A LOOTTTTTT. like a lot a lot and ive mentioned this b4 but it definitely was a factor in her Leaving as she did. its like... arahanas a bad liar so elora knew that arahana had SOMETHING going on but she didn’t rly imagine it’d be anything On Her Level if that makes sense. its like... elora rly thinks that arahana is geninuely good to a point that she wonders, if, on a moral level, she was “good enough” to be with her if that makes sense? like dont get me wrong elora didnt think arahana was a saint per say but she thought arahana had a really good heart, much more so than she did. 

i think to some degree, elora still wonders this, especially after arahana went on a Whole Fucking Quest to save her, EVEN after learning the truth about her and STILL kept going regardless of the fact that elora had deceived her. but i think in a way? learning arahana’s Past kinda like... helped in a way. idk how to describe it. she doesnt Judge arahana for it (arahana use to be a bandit for the uninitiated) but its like They Both have some skeletons in their closet if htat makes sense? tho sdfsdgs it was on totally different levels. but still. 

19. weapon of choice?

elora uses a rapier and a trident dagger!!!! it was Very fancy. the blade itself is made of a steel but the handle and all that is gold and has lots of gemstones on it. also her rapier would have a shell hilt >:3 like this
