Hong Kong: What is your earliest childhood memory?

seeing Chicken Run in the theaters and my little brother had to be carried out screaming. looking back now, i’m not surprised. i have no idea why i saw that movie at that age. i’m so sorry, little me.

Mumbai: What is your favorite scent

a really messy coffeeshop, with grounds scattered really finely on some of the countertops, and the chair scent heavy and low to the counter, and steamed milk constantly cleansing the air while people file in and out and bring in campfire smoke and sweat with them.

Basementdweller introduced me to Enya so the 'A Day Without Rain' album always reminds me of her and 2003-4. ^_^ Also that one lady - was it Ingrid Michaelson?? Anyway she showed me 'Far Away' and I forget the name of the other one - 'the Chain'? Anyway ^_^

I really wish I were a better writer, because when I want to say something meaningful and heartfelt to a friend, I go to write and all my brain thinks is, "!!!!!!!!!!!!!" so I really, truly want to say how grateful I am for all of you, even if I have a hard time saying it <3

yes!! my mom! and i’m the godmother!

8: What was your biggest achievement of the year?

well... in january i was accepted into the college i wanted to go to and this fall i made it through my first semester with grades that i’m satisfied with, so that’s probably my biggest achievement!

11: What was the best thing you bought?

HMM... maybe my acrylic inks? i discovered acrylic ink painting this year and sort of decided that it’s my thing... i love it
