The pain goes away each time you do it. <3 If this is the first time you’ve shaved then you just got rid of 19 years of hair in one sitting. That hurts like hell. Shave them again, next time using a shaving cream or hair conditioner. That will help.

I mean, I've done it once or twice, but not recently. Idk if shaving them again would help or just make tomorrow miserable as well

the TV Guide article imo was the real start of that trend - because a) obviously TVG is a pretty well-known source and b) they weren't just looking for fan opinions, they offered their own. Which is so cool!! But yeah the media attention in general is definitely something to consider, and I would say it adds to the positivity in a significant way :))
