I might have asked this before but I have a genuine question for those that don’t speak native Japanese.
Why is it that some of you use “romanji” rather than “romaji”? I understand that ローマ字literally translates to “Roman letters” but since you’re reading “ji” as you would in Japanese, wouldn’t “roma” stay like in the Japanese reading too? This and also those who type “minna-san” instead of “mina-san”. I don’t know if there is a reason for this, because internet or if there’s some other reason for it and I was just curious. Haha.
