Jinx have more awareness of what counts as "healthcare" compared to Vi isn't something I've thought of being but actually does make quite a bit of sense after seeing you point it out. Huh.

Silco was the richest man in the Undercity, had hands in everything, and was best friends with a mad scientist who created a super drug- and he was using said super drug, and was being so fucking careful about how much he used. He absolutely had the best healthcare one could get in the slums, and Jinx grew up with bandages and syringes and maybe even some medicine bottles. She had that safety.

Vi, meanwhile, grew up with a family that gave her metal knuckles as surprise gifts. I got the vibe the family, while loving, did a lot of "rub some dirt in it" as a whole while they were plotting their revolution. Then she lived in a pub that got so little Vander gave her sellable alcohol as a rubbing substance. THEN she went to jail!!! A jail where beating prisoners is normal and not cared for!!!! She never had medical safety whatsoever.
