Book 18!

I devoured the Arcadia Bell series last year in one fell swoop so when the opportunity came to read the latest book, I fell on it. Cady and Lon are still trying to battle Cady's murderous mother and Jupe is still getting into trouble, even though he has the purest intentions. The book felt a little short, but that might have just been my reluctance to let it end. If you're an urban fantasy fan who is a little tired of the main character who is a P.I. that tends to saturate the genre, I highly suggest trying this series. Cady is a bar owner even though she spends little time in the series actually in the bar. To be fair, she has bigger fish to fry.
