So,

I have an Arcane themed Tarot deck.

I decided to do a test reading about myself, something simple, just to test it out.

I cleansed it, !!!I shuffled it in three different ways!!!

The result that had me howling?

The first card was JAYCE.

The second card was JAYCE AND VIKTOR.

The third card was VIKTOR.

I swear to god that when they said “in all realities” o wasn’t expecting it to mean even like this.

Previous (The Fool) - Next (The High Priestess)

The Magician is considered be the true start of the deck and thus is about new beginnings. To pull this card is a sign to pursue your dreams and begin new projects, that you are full on innovation and potential. When the reversed card is pulled, it highlights the fact that you are unsure of going ahead or perhaps you are unable to see your own progress.

Viktor is the Magician through and through. He is the definition of potential and transformative growth. In my opinion, he is in the reversed card form during his time as Jayce's lab partner. Hextech has such great potential and yet it was stagnating, not going in the direction Viktor wanted/dreamed off.

For symbolism, it was a bit hard to figure out how to incorporate the Magician symbolism with Viktor. The Magician has all four suits on its card; the cup, wand, sword and pentacle to represent the four elements (air, earth, wind, fire). So, the best way to get that in without being too much out of series was to use the alchemical symbols.

Another key thing with the Magician card is the red and white robes. Red symbolises passion and energy whilst white is both a blank slate but also a symbol of completion.
