Headcanons:

Michael where as he’s prideful, he isn’t so much to where it is sinful.

Most often than not he will speak in old language. Michael is a very serious angel. You have to explain to him if you are only playing around with him.

He always has his sword on him. Always. No exepctions.

He’s very protective once he gets to know someone.

Michael, as serious as he is, will have to be forced to take a break and relax.

He would work himself to death if someone let him. All work, no play.

Writing example: 

It’s been forever since the War it feels like. Nothing hardly seems interesting anymore, at least up in heaven. What’s the point of protecting something that doesn’t need protection anymore, or at least for a few millennia. He had heard rumors of a couple of their own getting freindly with enemy lines. Even the pure thought of it sent a wave of disgust through him. Angels and Demons gettibg along? Poppycock!

However, it seems it has been left to him to fix this little issue. The Archangel really hoped he would not have to use extreme measures, but this sort of mockery simply won’t stand! Not while Michael is alive and around that is.

Sheathing his sword he grumbled to himself. It was work, but SOMEONE has to do it.

Raphael, as the healer of the Creators’ archangels, remains the smallest one with the smallest wings as to not be an easy target.

He is a patron of healers, pilgrims, matchmakers, nurses, and the blind. But little does anyone know that he is also the patron of mortals who prefer to play healers in games.

Karkat often takes upon the guise of a nurse when he’s in the mortal realm since hospitals are where he’s usually needed most. Because of how much time he spends around under-payed, exhausted mortals, he’s taken upon a particularly bad habit of swearing.

Writing example: Unlike a few of his more neutral-minded kin, Karkat sort of liked the mortal realm. Sure, it was his duty to protect the mortal with his healing touch, but there was something endearing about how hard mortals worked to protect themselves. Even in their most ill and sloppiest of days, a child could often fight plague without him. The thought dwindled in his mind as his good friend Joy walked into the hospital room, her hair pulled haphazardly into a bun. Though gangly and a little awkward, Karkat admired Joy’s compassion. He couldn’t lie though, part of his favor for her was due to the other nurses having terrible taste in romantic films. “How did Andrew’s mastectomy go?” she asked, worrying her lip. Karkat set his clip board down, brushing his hands off on his scrubs before walking over to reassure her. “Smoother than Ord’s best pick up line” he replied. “That bad, huh?” As the room erupted into laughter, he stumbled back into the conclusion he definitely liked mortals a lot.
