How much can Archer see?

This is Archer Hawke.

He is by the age of 18, legally blind. Meaning he is still able to see things, but in a very distorted way. he cannot see colours meaning he knows jackshit about matching things. He can however remember red, indigo, grey and black. He also sees things in like a tunnel vision and blurry. Which means he is able to read large letters, can see people or at least some things.

By the age of 28 he is fully blind. Or at least without any visiual thing. He can still see light and shadow but nothing else. So when he goes into a room he can determine the light source but nothing else. But once the room is dim, like a cave he is not able to see in it.

So in short, Archer can determine between light and dark, is colourblind and relying very much on his hearing than anything else.
