Here’re the questions: 1. What’s an accomplishment that you are really proud of yourself for?
I'm am extremely proud of the songs I've written. Yours is up there in high achievements. My accomplishments as a lyricist are things I find great pride in.
2. What person in your life has had the most impact on you in any way? (You don’t have to go into it if you don’t want to, of course!)
My mom has always been there for me. She has definitely rubbed off some weirdness and helped me to accept myself without compromise.
3. What/who do you strive to be in your daily life?
I suppose I strive to just be happy and have a good time. I look for the positive in almost everything sometimes it drives me fucking nuts. I also look for opportunities to just enjoy playing and being silly.
4. What is the best compliment you have ever received?
I once called my best friend a pussy and that was the best compliment I've ever given. As far as the best I've received recently a previous teacher of mine told me I inspired him. It means quite a bit coming from someone you look up to.
5. What’s the best gift you’ve ever given?
I made this box for my sister. It cost like $2.00, but I painted it and modge podged ribbon and an old photo on top and lined it with some felt.
6. What was high school like for you?
This is a trick question. It was terrifying and wonderful. The first two year were made of fuck ups. The last two I figured out that I was being idiotic and I developed one of the best friendships I've ever had or probably ever will have.
7. What do you think is your best/favorite skill? Why?
I sing really well, but I think my skill in writing music is my favorite. It allows me to express thoughts and feeling that normally wouldn't come out quite right. Also, I can share my music with other's and correspond in a different way.
8. Do you still sleep with a stuffed animal, if you ever did? (Is there something else that you still have from your childhood, if not a stuffed animal?)
Yes. My bed is littered with cows. There's an entire herd!
9. Do you tend to look at things in a more positive light or negative light?
I'm almost always positive even when battling the flu.
10. What are you looking forward to most in the next two weeks?
Seeing Valarie (the previously mentioned best friend) She's coming to CO from OK. I miss her incredibly.
11. What is your favorite decoration, if you have one?
Anything glow in the dark and this little poster thing with a candid photo of me taken by, of course, Valarie and covered with descriptive words about me.
