Rejuvenating an existing 1930’s heritage building, presented the opportunity to add 1 level to the rooftop to accommodate 6 apartments wrapped in a stunning copper façade complimenting the existing facade. The development consists of 2 x 2B and 4 x 1B apartments sitting on top of an active retail frontage. Our Narrabeen beach house re-uses an existing building, inserts an office into the roofscape and extends the floor plate towards the ocean. Designed to maximise views of the ocean and capture the warm winter sun. This new home, opens up the living and dining areas to the outside, from what was previously a dark and cramped space.
