Also you're absolutely right, Rassilon nor the Council does anything against us. I think that's because after they figured out they can't really control the Doctor they just gave up on the rest of us renegades.... Or maybe it's something else. ...the term cold-blooded is not literal, it refers to species whose internal temperature is dependent on their surrounding environment. The fact that it is possible to definitively state the typical internal temperature of a Time Lord is specifically because we are what Humans call warm-blooded, despite our lack of actual warmth relative to human body temperatures.

Hello, young Timeless Child here! May you please tell about cross-gender regeneration and its prevalence in our people's culture and society? Note: My current and second incarnation is Female.

Hello little one, thank you for your question!

Cross-gender Regeneration is one of the more interesting phenomena observed in Regenerations. It is not uncommon by any means, and there is a relatively equal balance of Time Lords who have regenerated into a different gender and Time Lords who remained the same throughout their entire regenerative cycle.

The main factors that seem to determine the likelihood of one regenerating into a different gender is Genetics and Subconcious Influences. What Great House a Time Lord comes from can influence their likelihood of Cross-Gender Regeneration, with members of older Houses seeming to have a lower likelihood of Cross-Gender Regeneration.

Subconcious Influences are a large part of any regeneration: a Time Lord may end up with the appearance of a person they admired in a previous incarnation (or gain similar traits at the very least), species they encounter can affect their outward appearance (not their actual species, of course), and in instances where Time Lords were participating in wars, non-humanoid incarnations were more common among combatants. Similarly, these influences can cause a Cross-Gender Regeneration.

Thank you again for your question, although I will admit, I am quite concerned that you are already in your second incarnation, given that you identified yourself as a child (unless that's some strange nickname)

What on earth makes this useful of tax dollars when we already have the Matrix? From what budget are you doing this from? I also have yet to see reports on what font the data will be in? Why hasn’t my assistant or the wife or some Prydonian file need tell me of this? The audacity!

I'm not being paid by anyone to do this. In fact, I have been contacted several times by people trying to pay me to stop.

We do not typically use human labels for sexuality, given the differences in our understandings of gender and even biological sex. But if you wished to do so, most Time Lords would be considered Biromantic or Bisexual- the possibility of one's partner suddenly having a different biological sex makes it quite difficult to not be.

Interestingly enough, I have heard of cases of Time Lords who are only attracted to those of the same sex as their current incarnation, causing who they are attracted to to change when they regenerate.

So to answer your question (if you are using gay as an umbrella term): Quite a lot.
