𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐒  :  inez  westergaard  .

𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐃𝟏  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈,  𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓  𝐎𝐅  𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐄  :  Inez  has  been  working  out  of  one  of  the  Isle's  brothels  known  as  the  Blooming  Rose,  or  shorthanded  to  the  Rose  by  regulars,  since  she  was  fourteen  years  old.  She  witnessed  Ratcliffe's  downfall  at  the  hands  of  the  faction  leader  known  as  Chanel  and  has  been  an  affiliated  member  of  the  Red  Hearts  since  she  was  sixteen.  Inez  has  a  room  at  the  Blooming  Rose  which  she  uses  for  her  business,  stripping  secrets  from  her  clients  when  they  are  at  their  most  vulnerable  and  their  most  relaxed.

By  faction  law,  Inez  is  meant  to  pass  whatever  information  she  learns  up  the  chain  to  Chanel,  but  instead  she  sells  the  important  information  herself  in  order  to  earn  more  coin  for  herself.  Inez  is  a  capable  strategist  and  spends  her  free  time  operating  a  stall  in  the  marketplace  selling  homemade  fermented  tea.

𝐃𝟏  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈𝐈,  𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐃  𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐇  &  𝐕𝐈𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄  :  As  Mal,  Evie,  Jay  and  Carlos  are  chosen  among  the  Isleborn  to  cross  the  bridge  to  attend  Auradon  Prep,  a  temporary  ceasefire  is  negotiated  among  all  factions  in  order  to  prepare  for  the  barrier's  fall.  Inez  ignores  the  ceasefire,  using  the  tension  among  the  factions  to  steal  more  valuable  information  from  her  visiting  clients  who  hope  to  rid  themselves  of  their  restless  energies.  Inez  continues  to  sell  the  secrets  she  learns,  fanning  the  fires  of  tensions  and  even  leads  to  a  small  handful  of  open  conflicts  even  with  the  ceasefire  in  effect.

However,  as  the  barrier  fails  to  fall,  Inez  finds  herself  fighting  for  her  life  when  the  Blooming  Rose  is  engulfed  by  the  riots.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓-𝐃𝟏  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈𝐈𝐈,  𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐅𝐔𝐋  𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓  :  The  Blooming  Rose  is  invaded  by  violent  rioters,  intent  on  taking  advantage  of  the  chaos  and  the  havoc  to  strip  the  Red  Hearts  and  Diamonds  of  whatever  autonomy  they  still  hold.  Inez  and  two  other  Red  Hearts  are  attacked  in  her  room,  as  the  three  had  attempted  to  barricade  themselves  indoors  but  the  force  of  their  attackers  proved  stronger.  Inez  and  the  two  Red  Hearts  fight  against  their  attackers  and  Inez  is  able  to  stab  her  attacker  in  the  neck  before  rushing  to  the  aid  of  the  two  others.  She  kills  the  second,  but  the  third  is  a  beast  of  brute  strength  who  quickly  overpowers  her.  Inez  is  saved  when  the  Mad  Hatters,  business  partners  of  the  Red  Hearts,  arrive  to  kill  and  remove  the  rioters.

In  the  aftermath  of  the  Coronation  Riots,  Inez  is  discovered  to  be  selling  information  without  Chanel's  seals  of  approval.  She  is  held  in  contempt  and  the  Red  Hearts  argue  over  what  to  do  with  her,  with  the  two  Red  Hearts  Inez  had  saved  speaking  up  on  her  behalf.  However,  in  the  end  Inez  is  stripped  of  her  position  as  a  Red  Heart  and  removed  from  the  Blooming  Rose.

As  the  Isle  rebuilds  from  the  riots,  Inez  buys  a  maisonette  for  a  fraction  of  the  price  it  was  worth  due  to  the  damage.  It  is  then  that  Inez  meets  the  blacksmith,  Gonzo,  using  him  to  renovate  her  building  as  a  tea  shop  and  using  details  of  his  crew's  movements  for  extra  coin.

𝐃𝟐  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈𝐕,  𝐕𝐈𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓  𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒  :  The  relationship  between  Inez  and  Gonzo  is  an  unhealthy  one.  As  the  infamy  of  the  Lost  Revenge  crew  climbs,  the  more  useful  the  information  Inez  learns  from  Gonzo  becomes.  In  her  efforts  to  keep  Gonzo  as  her  oblivious  informant,  she  begins  implementing  more  passive-aggressive  tactics  of  manipulation  to  keep  him.  Gaslighting,  coercing,  manipulating  and  lying  in  order  to  hold  onto  her  position  as  his  girlfriend.  However,  Inez  grew  too  comfortable  and  too  reckless  and  the  truth  of  her  behaviour  is  eventually  discovered,  leading  to  a  confrontation  with  Gonzo.  Gonzo  gives  her  an  ultimatum,  either  she  works  as  an  informant  solely  for  the  Lost  Revenge,  or  she  will  be  killed.  Despite  her  fury  to  have  control  stripped  from  her,  Inez  agrees  on  the  condition  that  the  Lost  Revenge  protect  her  from  any  clients  that  may  discover  her  insincerities.

Shortly  after  her  agreement  to  Gonzo's  deal,  the  King  of  Auradon  arrives  on  the  Isle  hoping  to  convince  his  wayward  girlfriend  to  return  to  Auradon.  Inez,  like  so  many  others,  awaited  the  pirate  Captain,  Uma's  success  in  bringing  the  barrier  down,  only  to  see  her  defeat  broadcast  across  the  Kingdoms.  The  violence  that  spreads  across  the  Isle  then  after  is  a  terrible  sea  of  fury.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓-𝐃𝟐  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐕,  𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋  𝐎𝐅  𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓  :  The  Cotillion  Riots  were  devastating  but  with  Gonzo's  engineering  security  that  Inez  had  built  into  her  tea  shop,  the  building  was  protected  from  the  fires  and  vandalism.  Before  Inez  was  able  to  close  the  shutters  however,  she  and  a  handful  of  customers  found  themselves  trapped  in  the  building  with  a  small  group  of  rioters.  Inez  shot  and  killed  two,  intimidating  the  two  others  in  compliance  through  persuasion  and  coercion.  Inez  was  able  to  defend  her  shop  as  well  as  the  handful  of  civilians  that  found  themselves  trapped  inside  for  the  days  and  nights  of  the  riots.  Four  long  days,  and  four  long  nights,  Inez  and  the  others  were  trapped,  and  only  once  the  noise  and  the  violence  had  died  down  to  a  silence  did  Inez  open  the  shutters.

The  streets  were  littered  with  debris  and  the  dead,  any  wounded  having  been  taken  in  by  their  allies  or  dragged  to  the  arcade  for  treatment.  Inez  dragged  the  two  dead  bodies  she  had  stashed  in  the  cellar,  out  into  the  street  and  began  working  to  clean  up  her  shop  and  home.

She  heard  of  the  violence  that  had  wracked  through  the  Isle,  and  pieced  together  the  events  that  she  had  missed.  Eventually,  she  encountered  one  of  the  Lost  Revenge  crew,  who  told  her  of  Uma's  fate  and  that  whatever  information  she  gathered  would  be  passed  on  to  Harry  Hook.

𝐃𝟑  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐕𝐈,  𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑  𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐓  𝐀  𝐒𝐏𝐘  :  Inez  has  continued  her  work  as  a  spy  for  the  Lost  Revenge  crew,  passing  whatever  intelligence  and  information  she  could  gather  to  Jonas  while  managing  her  tea  shop.  The  Tea  Room's  clientele  has  remained  steady  since  the  Cotillion  Riots,  though  Inez  has  spent  the  majority  of  the  last  two  years  struggling  to  make  a  profit  due  to  limited  numbers,  money  and  willing  customers.  She  has  begun  charging  for  sex  once  more,  working  out  of  her  upstairs  apartment  in  order  to  maintain  the  management  of  her  tea  shop  while  still  outsourcing  secrets  to  Jonas.

She  informs  the  pirate  crew  of  the  comings  and  goings  of  the  Core  Four  as  they  move  between  the  Isle  and  Auradon  in  order  to  promote  VK  Day  and  returns  with  an  accurate  timing  of  the  barrier's  weak  points.  When  Harry  and  Gil  escape  from  the  Isle,  she  passes  information  to  Jonas  of  a  handful  of  small  attempted  incursions  into  Uma's  territory  but  otherwise  keeps  her  contact  distant  until  Uma,  Harry  and  Gil's  return.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓-𝐃𝟑  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐕𝐈𝐈,  𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐒𝐋𝐎𝐖  𝐊𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄  :  With  the  anti-magic  barrier  removed,  and  their  freedom  hard  won,  Inez  takes  part  in  a  handful  of  Auradon  outreach  programs,  allowing  her  to  achieve  a  diploma  in  business  and  marketing.  She  finds  herself  eligible  for  a  loan  and  an  allowance  during  her  studies  which  she  uses  to  travel  to  and  from  the  Isle  while  she  experiments  with  various  tea  blends  from  Auradon.  She  mixes  and  matches  with  her  own  blends,  takes  a  baking  class  and  works  to  polish  up  her  tea  shop.

Eventually,  after  a  year,  the  Tea  Room  becomes  a  hotspot  not  only  for  First  Generations  or  Isleborns,  but  for  visiting  Auradonians  as  well.  Inez  business  profits  advance,  she  is  able  to  trade  information  and  intelligence  from  the  Isle  as  well  as  from  Auradon  to  the  Lost  Revenge  crew  and  has  her  own  delivery  men  who  help  her  export  her  baked  goods  and  tea  blends  across  the  Isle  and  even  into  Auradon.

𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐄  𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂  𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐒  :  g.rishaverse  .

The  Jolly  Roger  has  plagued  the  True  Sea  for  decades.  Targeting  merchant  ships,  slavers,  smugglers  and  ships  belonging  to  the  Fjerda,  Ravka  and  Shu  Han  armies  indiscriminantly.  The  notoriety  of  the  Jolly  Roger  pales  only  in  comparison  to  its  Captain.  Rumor  and  ghost  stories  tell  of  a  Captain  that  is  eight  feet  tall  with  burning  red  eyes  and  a  hook  for  a  hand.  Once  flying  a  flag  of  a  skull  with  two  crossed  cutlasses,  now  the  Jolly  Roger  flies  a  different  flag,  a  skull  with  a  hook  through  its  gapping  maw.

Harry's  earliest  memories  are  of  his  life  aboard  the  Jolly  Roger.  Scrubbing  the  deck,  tying  the  rope  knots  of  the  ratlines,  and  harnesses  and  running  flint,  gunpowder  and  cannons  to  crew  members  through  sea  battles,  sieges  and  coastal  attacks.  Sailing  is  and  has  always  been  in  his  blood.  He  was  a  young  boy  when  his  father,  James  Hook,  discovered  that  he  was  grisha,  an  inferni  with  the  ability  over  heat,  flame  and  fire.  James  Hook  received  various  offers  from  various  parties  interested  in  purchasing  a  grisha  from  him  but  he  turned  them  down.  Instead  he  honed  Harry  into  a  weapon  of  intimidation  and  torture.

His  childhood  and  adolescence  was  violent,  painful,  and  dangerous  but  eventually,  he  met  a  girl.  After  a  violent  confrontation  with  his  father,  Harry  abandoned  the  Jolly  Roger  ship  and  joined  Uma's  crew  as  her  First  Mate  instead  aboard  a  ship  called  the  Lost  Revenge.  They  sailed  the  True  Sea,  attacking  merchant  ships  and  earning  their  keep  through  violence  and  raiding  until  an  opportunity  for  a  Shu  Han  ship  weighed  with  gold  brought  them  head-to-head  against  the  Jolly  Roger.

In  the  sea  battle,  Harry  struck  James  Hook  down  and  in  the  aftermath,  took  the  captaincy.  He  has  been  sailing  the  Jolly  Roger  as  Captain  Hook  ever  since.

Harry  has  several  allies  and  alliances  with  a  handful  of  fellow  pirates  and  smugglers,  and  has  a  network  of  informats  that  he  buys  information  from  of  possible  targets.  No  one  knows  where  he  and  his  crew  dock  their  ship  when  they  are  not  raiding,  though  there  are  rumors  of  a  pirate  island  somewhere  near  Kerch.  His  crew  is  made  up  of  both  grisha  and  non-grisha  alike,  though  Harry  encourages  his  crew  to  train  it  as  they  woudl  any  other  weapon  in  their  arsenal  rather  than  rely  solely  upon  their  powers.

𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐒  :  shi  huyang  /  desiree  .

𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐃𝟏  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈,  𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐘  𝐎𝐅  𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄  :  Feeling  the  pressure  to  live  up  to  her  mother  and  grandmother's  reputations  and  prove  herself  worthy  of  the  love  and  care  that  her  family  gave  to  her,  Desiree  chooses  to  leave  the  comforts  of  the  Red  Lantern  to  commit  herself  completely  to  Uma  and  the  crew  of  the  Lost  Revenge.  This  choice  takes  Desiree  out  of  her  safe  and  familiar  territories  and  into  spaces  where  she  is  forced  to  fight  and  defend  herself  by  her  own  name  and  bearings.

Tensions  between  the  pirates  and  Maleficent  begin  to  rise  and  Desiree  finds  herself  clashing  swords  in  open  conflicts,  skirmishes  and  brawls  to  both  protect  their  territory  and  take  more  from  Maleficent  and  her  allies.  Desiree  proves  to  be  a  vicious  adversary  during  the  conflict,  pulling  no  punches  and  allowing  no  insult  to  go  unanswered.

Desiree  remains  in  contact  with  her  grandmother  and  mother,  visiting  them  at  the  Red  Lantern  over  weekends  and  when  she  is  not  doing  her  duties  as  a  member  of  the  Lost  Revenge  crew,  she  still  runs  errands  for  her  family.

𝐃𝟏  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈𝐈,  𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐍  𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐒  :  Mal,  Evie,  Jay  and  Carlos  are  chosen  by  Prince  Ben  to  attend  Auradon  Prep  and  a  temporary  ceasefire  is  declared  across  the  entire  island  as  factionless  and  factioned  begin  to  organize  for  the  barrier's  destruction.  Desiree  splits  her  focus  between  the  preparations  for  the  Lost  Revenge,  and  for  the  mobilization  of  her  family's  crews  as  well.

However,  during  the  preparations,  Desiree  finds  herself  confronted  by  a  painful  truth  about  her  father,  Pony  Sugrue.  Desiree  is  forced  to  discover  that  her  fathers  only  interest  in  her  has  been  in  the  hopes  of  using  their  relationship  for  special  privileges  not  only  from  the  Red  Lantern,  but  from  her  mother  and  grandmother  as  well.  Disgusted  by  the  truth,  Desiree  confronts  her  father  and  declares  that  she  wants  nothing  to  do  with  him.

During  her  argument  with  Pony,  part  of  the  barrier  shatters  and  Desiree  rushes  to  rejoin  her  crew.  She  is  caught  outside  of  Uma's  territory  when  the  riots  start  and  is  forced  to  fight  her  way  back  to  Uma's  territory.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓-𝐃𝟏  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈𝐈𝐈,  𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄  𝐓𝐎  𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐄  :  For  two  days  and  two  nights,  the  violence  of  the  Coronation  Riots  spreads  throughout  the  Isle.  In  the  chaos,  the  Lost  Revenge  crew  claim  the  Curl  Up  and  Dye  and  Frollo's  Creperie  and  spend  their  days  and  nights  protecting  those  that  are  under  their  protection.  As  the  initial  violence  slowly  subsided,  Desiree  leaves  the  relative  safety  of  Uma's  territory  to  find  her  mother.

As  she  returns  to  the  Red  Lantern,  she  finds  that  her  grandmother's  brothel  has  sustained  only  minor  damage  and  that  many  of  those  within  Mistress  Ching's  charge  are  safe.  Desiree  reunites  with  her  mother  and  is  thankful  to  find  her  family  alive  and  well.

Following  the  Coronation  Riots,  Uma's  territory  expands  and  the  reputation  of  the  Lost  Revenge  crew  grows.  Desiree  finds  herself  very  busy  in  her  efforts  of  helping  Uma  maintain  her  territory  and  fending  off  any  and  all  attempts  made  by  other  factions  or  groups  to  take  it  from  them.

𝐃𝟐  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈𝐕,  𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐃  𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐒  :  Despite  Desiree's  feelings  and  dreams  of  making  a  name  for  herself,  one  which  she  feels  will  live  up  to  the  devotion  and  care  that  her  mother  and  grandmother  have  shown  her  her  whole  life,  Desiree  remains  as  a  loyal  deckhand  of  the  Lost  Revenge.  She  finds  herself  comfortable  in  following  the  lead  of  both  Uma  and  Harry  as  her  Captain  and  her  First  Mate,  and  works  together  with  the  rest  of  the  crew  to  protect  and  defend  what  is  theirs.

As  a  deckhand  she  has  very  broad  responsibilities  that  involve  debt  collecting,  message  running,  supply  runs  or  pick  ups,  helping  to  maintain  the  ship,  and  keeping  her  eyes  and  ears  peeled  for  any  sign  of  insurrection  or  plots  to  Uma's  command.  Desiree  is  known  to  be  something  of  a  Jack  of  all  Trades,  knowing  just  enough  about  everything,  to  be  immensely  useful.  She  calls  herself  a  Flinter,  as  she  can  flint  among  her  crewmates  helping  with  whatever  jobs  or  errands  that  they  need.

Desiree  is  called  to  return  to  the  Lost  Revenge  after  King  Ben  is  abducted  and  aids  in  holding  him  prisoner.  She  takes  part  in  the  dock  trade-off  and  is  also  present  for  the  violent  brawl  that  breaks  out  following  the  betrayal.  Following  Uma's  escape  from  the  Isle,  Desiree  returns  to  Ursula's  Chip  Shop  with  the  rest  of  the  crew  to  tend  to  wounds,  injuries  and  prepare  for  Uma's  success.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓-𝐃𝟐  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐕,  𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐒  &  𝐃𝐔𝐒𝐓  :  They  failed.  The  barrier  remains  and  Uma  does  not  return  to  the  Isle.  Devastated  and  enraged,  Desiree  joins  Harry  and  the  crew  in  the  violence  that  spreads  like  wildfire  through  the  streets.  Together  they  lockdown  the  docks  and  the  surrounding  North-Eastern  area  of  the  Isle  alongside  the  other  pirating  crews,  lashing  out  at  any  and  all  that  attempt  to  spread  the  violence  into  their  territory  while  using  Ursula's  Fish  and  Chips  as  a  grounding  point.

The  Cotillion  Riots  are  brutal  and  ruthless,  somehow  almost  everyone  on  the  Isle  was  swept  up  in  the  riots  and  very  few  found  themselves  untouched  by  the  violence.

In  the  aftermath,  Desiree  votes  for  Harry  to  take  over  as  Captain  in  Uma's  absence,  and  attempts  to  reconcile  their  defeat  at  the  hands  of  Mal  and  her  friend.  As  Desiree  helps  to  pick  up  the  pieces  of  their  damaged  territories,  she  is  met  by  one  of  the  girls  from  the  Red  Lantern  who  tells  her  that  the  brothel  was  one  of  the  buildings  burned  to  the  ground.

𝐃𝟑  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐕𝐈,  𝐒𝐇𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐍𝐄𝐋  𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓  :  Desiree  was  eventually  reunited  with  her  mother  with  help  from  allies  and  crew,  and  the  Red  Lantern  was  rebuilt.  Over  the  years  since  Uma's  absence,  Desiree  studied  chemistry  and  crafting,  creating  a  handful  of  extremely  useful  tools  and  equipment  such  as  smoke  and  nail  bombs,  molotov  cocktails,  distractors,  springtraps  and  various  other  boobytraps.

Desiree  supplies  the  crew  with  these  supplies,  though  she  has  sold  them  to  other  pirates  as  well,  typically  she  keeps  most  to  a  selective  clientele  as  she  would  hate  for  them  to  be  used  against  herself  or  her  allies.

As  the  Core  Four  begin  visiting  the  Isle  more  and  more  with  their  intention  of  choosing  more  children  to  cross  the  bridge  into  Auradon,  Desiree  works  to  monitor  their  movements  while  on  the  Isle.  Working  together  with  various  elements  of  the  Isle  to  study  the  barrier  and  the  means  in  which  it  is  opened  and  closed  every  time  they  enter.

When  the  crew  votes  on  who  should  make  an  escape  attempt,  Desiree  is  among  those  who  votes  for  Jonas  to  escape  rather  than  Harry  as  she  is  unwilling  to  lose  another  Captain.  Despite  her  vote,  Harry  and  Gil  escape  the  Isle  and  leadership  falls  to  Jonas  on  the  Isle.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓-𝐃𝟑  /  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐕𝐈𝐈,  𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐓  𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐔𝐄𝐒  :  Uma,  Harry  and  Gil  return  to  the  Isle  in  defeat,  despite  their  parts  in  saving  Auradon,  they  are  condemned  just  like  the  rest  of  those  unfortunate  enough  to  be  imprisoned  on  the  Isle.  Desiree  is  almost  brought  to  tears  when  she  sees  Uma  again,  having  believed  that  she  would  never  see  her  Captain  again,  though  the  reunion  is  bittersweet,  Desiree  knew  she  would  not  trade  her  freedom  for  her  Captain. Together  the  crew  return  to  the  Lost  Revenge  and  a  unanimous  vote  is  cast  for  Uma  to  become  their  Captain  again.  They  spend  the  next  week  telling  each  other  stories  and  preparing  for  the  rest  of  their  lives  on  the  Isle  until  the  barrier  finally  falls.

Desiree  accepts  entry  into  an  Auradon  science  programme  that  has  her  qualify  for  University  Entrance  after  having  dropped  out  of  High  School  when  she  was  fifteen.  Both  her  grandmother  and  mother  attend  the  graduation  dinner  where  she  received  her  High  School  diploma  and  her  certificate  in  Engineering  science.

Despite  receiving  her  University  entrance  requirements,  Desiree  chooses  to  remain  on  the  Isle  as  a  deckhand  to  the  Lost  Revenge.

ARC II: shadows of grief   (age 22-26)   grief consumes isadora as she struggles with the loss of her fiancée.  the clinic becomes both her sanctuary  &  her burden.  isadora retreats further from her privileged past,  growing increasingly isolated as she dedicates herself to healing the wounded in the shadows of society.  while she provides a lifeline for vigilantes  &  criminals alike,  she questions whether the good she’s doing outweighs the moral compromise.  in her solitude,  isadora finds herself torn between her commitment to the clinic’s mission  &  her inner turmoil,  all while grappling with the deep,  unresolved pain of her fiancée’s death.  her relationship with her sister becomes strained,  as the two worlds she straddles — her wealthy family  &  the underground clinic — collide. 

ARC III: between light  &  shadow  (age 26-30)   as the clinic’s influence grows,  so do the complications.  isadora’s role as a healer becomes more complicated,  as she is forced to confront the blurry line between helping  &  enabling.  the vigilantes  &  criminals she treats are often caught in morally ambiguous situations,   &  isadora starts to question whether her work is genuinely making a difference or simply keeping the cycle of violence  &  crime going.  during this time,  isadora faces increasing pressure from both external forces  &  her own doubts.  her relationship with her sister reaches a breaking point,  with the two clashing over isadora’s choices.  isadora is forced to confront the darker aspects of her life,  grappling with the question of whether she is still the person her fiancée would have wanted her to be or if she’s become someone entirely different. 

ARC IV: the weight of the past   (age 30-34)   isadora can no longer run from the ghosts of her past.  as an old enemy resurfaces,  threatening the clinic  &  everything she’s built,  isadora is forced to revisit the trauma of her fiancée’s death  &  the impact of her decisions.  this arc marks a critical point where isadora must face not only external threats but the unresolved pain  &  guilt she’s carried for years.  the clinic becomes a battleground,  both literally  &  emotionally,  as isadora’s internal reckoning intertwines with the external danger.  during this time,  her sister re-enters her life,  offering both support  &  a challenge to her choices.  together,  they navigate the emotional wreckage of isadora’s past,  but the question remains: can she ever truly let go of the past,  or will it define her forever?

ARC V: a new dawn  (present)   in the aftermath of the chaos  &  emotional turmoil,  isadora begins to rebuild — not just the clinic,  but herself.  after years of isolating herself from the world,  she opens up to those around her,  finding peace in sharing her burdens  &  legacy with others.  she passes on the clinic’s torch to a new generation,  perhaps an apprentice or a former patient who carries on the work in a new way.  isadora embraces her role as both a healer  &  a mentor,  finding a renewed sense of purpose that goes beyond the confines of the clinic.  the healing process is long,  but with the support of her sister  &  the lessons learned from her journey,  she finds balance.  though the clinic remains underground,  isadora finds peace in knowing that she’s not just perpetuating a legacy of healing,  but creating a new future for herself  &  others.

› clea is recruited into the tantalus program at age 15 under the pretense of a scholarship for gifted youth.    › initially treated as a diplomatic asset,  trained in negotiation,  espionage,   &  persuasion rather than direct combat.    › she excels at infiltration missions — slipping into high society,  gathering intelligence,   &  subtly influencing targets.    › due to her charm  &  emotional intelligence,  she is highly valued,  given luxuries that make her feel "free" compared to other assets.    › she starts to believe she is in control of her fate — until her first loyalty test,  where she is ordered to orchestrate a high-profile politician’s downfall.    › when she hesitates,  her handler subtly reminds her that noncompliance means elimination.    › key moment: clea manipulates the target into a scandal,  securing a political shift,  but the experience fractures her perception of herself.   

ARC II: the gilded cage (breaking the illusion)   realizing her own captivity

ARC III: the fractured doll (escape & rebellion arc)   choosing her own fate  

› clea,  now fully aware of her captivity,  starts plotting her own escape from tantalus.    › she secretly gathers intel on the program,  using her charm  &  deception skills to avoid suspicion.    › she crosses paths with emil kindell,  a rogue asset who discovered the kill switch in his own body.    › emil reveals that there is a way to remove the implants,  but the process is dangerous  &  must be done in secrecy.    › with emil’s help,  she fakes her own death,  using her skills to craft an identity outside the program.    › key moment: instead of vanishing,  clea chooses to work from the shadows,  using the skills she once used for tantalus against them — her ultimate act of defiance.   

ARC IV: the ghost in the system (taking down tantalus arc)   becoming the hunter  

› clea operates under a false identity,  moving through criminal circles  &  intelligence networks.    › she builds a small resistance group consisting of former assets,  operatives,   &  rogue insiders.    › her focus is freeing others like her — especially younger recruits who still believe the lies tantalus fed them.    › she develops her own version of a network,  mirroring tantalus’ strategies but for a new purpose.    › as she dismantles their operations,  she uncovers the names of their biggest clients — government officials,  corporate elites,   &  intelligence agencies.    › final moment: clea confronts her former handler,  the person who shaped her into a perfect asset.  instead of killing them,  she leaves them alive but powerless,  exposing them to their own system’s consequences.   

ARC V: the quiet rebellion (finding peace & freedom) choosing herself over vengeance

after escaping tantalus, clea initially plans to take the system down,  but the weight of years spent as a pawn begins to take its toll.  instead of becoming another player in a never-ending war, she decides to focus on saving those who can still be saved — the younger recruits who have not yet been fully conditioned.

she works quietly,  using her charm and persuasion to help assets disappear,  creating safe identities and new lives for them.  she finds solace in simple things — a small home in a quiet town,  nights spent reading without looking over her shoulder,  friendships that don’t come with hidden motives.

for the first time,  she lives on her own terms,  free from handlers,  expectations,  or missions.
