Hallie Howell [SNN]: “Breaking News! The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Queen Rowena in her libel suit against republican newspaper, Focks News!”

Martin Lavelle [Private Secretary]: Your Majesty, it’s the Queen.

King George: What has she done now?

Martin [P.S.]: After the attorney called to say she won, Her Majesty took one of the cars and left the palace without her security. She was last seen driving down The Mall but her whereabouts are currently unknown.

King George: (sigh) Thank you, Martin.

[St Aaron’s Church, Easton]

Queen Rowena: “God? Please! Tell me what to do. The last few weeks have completely broken me. I don't know what to do.”

Father Clement: Your Majesty! What are you doing here?

Queen Rowena: (gasps) Oh! Father Clement. I... I just...

Father Clement: I didn't mean to startle you. Is everything okay, your grace? Are you alone? Where is your security?

Queen Rowena: I’m sorry. I should go. I don't want to cause a scene. 

Father Clement: Please, sit with me.

Father Clement: What seems to be troubling you, your grace? What brought you here in the middle of the day, without your security?

Queen Rowena: I needed to clear my head. I just got into a car and started driving. This was the first place I thought to come.

Father Clement: Our doors are always open! Does anyone at the palace know you’re here? This could start a crisis!

Queen Rowena: They won't miss me for an hour. Now that the Supreme Court has ruled in my favor, I'm no longer a liability.

Father Clement: I heard the news. Was this not the outcome you had hoped?

Queen Rowena: It is! I am relieved this entire mess can finally be over.

Father Clement: Well, what seems to be the problem?

Queen Rowena: Me! Well, my image, Father! The entire nation hates me! They all think I had something to do with Gabriel’s suicide and that horrible newspaper only made things worse! I feel like I ruined, what should have been the happiest day of my daughters life and on top of that my husband stopped talking to me. I’m hated by the country and my family!

Father Clement: It sounds like you’re at a crossroads. Your heart and mind are in conflict. First, the nation doesn't hate you. If you believe it to be true, what can you do to change the country’s opinion? Second, you can't be distracted from your mission. You are the Queen consort! And as far as your husband is concerned, do you still love him?

Queen Rowena: With all my heart!

Father Clement: Show him! Fight for your marriage, your grace. Marriage can be challenging for any couple but for you two, I'm sure it has many layers. Stay devoted!

Queen Rowena: I should be going. If I'm gone for too long the palace will sound the alarms!

Father Clement: I’m glad you thought to come here, your grace. I hope I’m not too forward but, I think you should Speak with the Holy Father.

Queen Rowena: I don't know if my schedule will permit me to visit the Vatisim and I’m sure The Pope is far too busy for an audience with me.

Father Clement: I beg to differ! You are the Queen consort! His counsel is very important!

Queen Rowena: Thank you, Father Clement. I will consider it. Goodbye.

WHAT MY FATHER WOULD WANT / “GOODBYE”

[Parish Church, Brindleton Bay]

Lady Danberry: Your Royal Highness.

Prince Rainier: Hi, Aunt Agatha. It’s good to see so many of Sofie’s sorority sisters in attendance.

Lady Danberry: Yes, it is. How are you holding up, my dear nephew?

Prince Rainier: Today is a good day. Thank you for everything!

Lady Danberry: Your cousin, Chase, is so happy to be included in the program. He looks up to you, Rainier.

Prince Rainier: I know everyone here wants me to speak, and I will, but I'll let Chase do the heavy lifting. He was moms only nephew and I think Dad would approve of him taking lead on things today.

Lady Danberry: Your father was so proud of you. Hugo followed you and Kate’s every stop during the Commonwealth Tour! Your mother did too! He’d call me every day and say “Aunty, guess where Rainier is today! Guess who Rainier met today!” I know you’re in pain, dear, but don't let it overtake you. Know how much you were loved.

Prince Rainier: Thank you. Kate and the kids have been such a bright light the last few days.

Lady Danberry: As they should!

Lady Danberry: Your father... my nephew, he was our everything. Since losing my husband, Clifton ten years ago, it's been Hugo and Harrison to bring me joy. Hugo is gone and Harrison is in another country. Your mother! She was warmth in a bottle. Sofie was too! Sofie would have tea with me twice a week...

Prince Rainier: ...Sofie. I was looking forward to spending time with her the most. We had so much to catch up on.

Lady Danberry: Now may not be the best time to have this discussion, Rainier, but it's the first time I’ve had you alone. You will now inherit your parents entire estate, which includes Atlantica Park. Although it was your mother's property and not your fathers, it’s closer to you and is vacant. With your mother, father and sister gone, I have no-one left in Brindleton Bay.

Prince Rainier: You want to move to Windenburg?

Lady Danberry: I do, nephew. I’m getting old and Harrison has made it clear, he’s never living in his father's house. I can sell it. (sighs) It’s also time I right a wrong with an old friend.

Prince Rainier: The Queen Mother? You two haven't spoken in 24 years.

Lady Danberry: Walk me to my seat, dear. I think the service is about to begin.

Prince Rainier: My answer is Yes, Aunt Agatha. Mom and Dad would want no-one else but you to live in Atlantica Park.

Chase: “One thing my aunt loved almost as much as her family was the beach. Before my own mother died 9 years ago, the two of them would spend hours on the water. Aunt Ariel had just spent 7 days on the beach in Sulani with her family. I know her final days were happy!”

Chase: “Uncle Lugo, on the other hand, wasn't as much of a beach lover but he’d do anything to make his wife and daughter happy! He’d always say he had three women to please; his wife, his daughter, and his aunt Agatha but little Grace was his first granddaughter and she stole the show! His greatest love was probably his only son, Rainier. Watching you grow up to now having a son of your own, surely gave him great joy. My aunt, uncle and cousin believed in family and although they died tragically, they were together as a family. This isn’t Goodbye but a See you on the other side.”

Princess Katherine: It’s not a surprise Lady Danberry would want to move back to Windenburg. You’re all she has left with Harrison also abroad. I never knew she was a member of court when granny first arrived, though.

Prince Rainier: Her and the Queen Mother knew each other a long time ago. When the 20-year-old, Princess, Zarah, was schlepped over from Sulani to marry your grandfather, she didn’t know a soul. Aunt Agatha was at court and became the person who shepherded the Queen Mother, subtly, discreetly around the court when she was a new girl.

Princess Katherine: Granny has never talked of her first years at court, as Duchess of York, or of Lady Danberry. What caused their rift?

Prince Rainier: Aunt Agatha never said.

Princess Katherine: If Lady Danberry is indeed returning to Windenburg, there’s no telling how granny would receive her after all these years and clearly something bad happened...

Prince Rainier: I agree.

Princess Katherine: ...but that’s not our problem. For your benefit, and the kids’, I’m happy Lady Danberry is moving back to Windenburg. I can tell you are happy also. Knowing the two of you will be closer gives your parents even more peace.

Prince Rainier: It’s what my father would want!

Does your country have any interesting landmarks or tourist attractions?

Hi! Thanks for the question (great question, btw!). Yes, we do. Of the most famous is Memorial Arch located on the tri-point of three cities (Buckingsimshire, Easton, and Westsimster) in Windenburg, and at the eastern end of The Mall leading to Buckingsim Palace.

Memorial Arch, built by @ardazek in 1834 at the bequest of His Majesty King Albert II, is the central focus for Remembrance Day and commemoration events marking the end of the Great War of 1784, led by his father His Majesty King Albert I. 

The Arch is also home for the annual National Service of Remembrance, where His Majesty lays a wreath at the tomb of the unknown, to commemorate Windenburg service members who have died in wars and other military conflicts since the onset of the Great War.

Memorial Arch has become a popular Windenburg tourist attraction.
