This resplendent Tudor home was designed by Frederick J. Winter for Byron F. "Barney" Everitt, co-founder of the Everitt, Metzger & Flanders (E-M-F) Motor Car Company. It was later sold to Clayton Albert Grinnell of the famed Grinnell Brothers Music Store. It was put on the first time in 70 years in 2015, as the same family owned the property over that span. The listing described the home as an "urban palace". A beautiful bike ride through East Boston / Arden Park. 🚲

I took the QLINE from Mack to Grand and rode to Hamtramck from there. Biking through Arden Park is definitely a nice change of pace from busy Woodward, but be sure to cross the street to see the homes in Boston-Edison, too.
