My favorite kind of home renovation video is when the Secretly A Millionaire describes how they bought that Old House with So Much Character for $5, then removed the floors, the ceiling, the walls, the roof, the windows, the doors, all the fixtures (everything that gave it So Much Character) and basically built an entirely new house around a few pieces left standing of the old one....and it only took two or three years and $500,000.
