[ Do you have a cricket that acts as your conscience? ]
[Interesting idea, I would love to see crickets play cricket. Or croquet players do some crochet, or football players playing foosball. Or a basket playing basketball, but I'm not sure how much fun you'd get out of that. Probably roughly the same amount you'd get out of a net playing netball.
Give a full-sized cricket bat to a cricket though, it'll climb all over it and there'd be no fun.
Give it a mini cricket bat and train it to hit an oncoming ball--or, grain of cous-cous or a chickpea in this case--with it, that's where it gets interesting. I wonder if it's achieveable. The scientists that aren't working on hyper-important stuff like curing cancer and finding alternative fuels should get right on that. Well, not that behavioural scientists are really working on that stuff anyway--unless the cure for cancer somehow involves lifestyle choices, which it probably does, to some degree, given the huge debate over nature/nurture over every frickin' thing to do with human health, psychological or physiological. ]
EDIT: I just realised that entire ramble had nothing to do with your comment.
Yes, Jiminy cricket is my conscience. It is confirmed.
