for me i definitely agree with this. i mention it 800 times but my vision for argent is just “neglected child turned mentally unwell adult due to his environment”, which mirrors grace but was fortunate enough to find community in her adulthood…which is why i get extremely sad when the last time we see argent he’s telling a man he’s basically a servant for who gave his face to another man who lowkey abused him that he would rather stay with him

i dont think argent is always a violent drunk but he defiently gets a big ego after a few drinks so of course he thinks he can fight some guy twice his size
