for youtube rec, I really like Liza Koshy, Ben J Pierce (KidPOV), Miles Jai and idk if what type of youtubers you're looking for exactly, but there's Thomas Frank who does a lot of videos on productivity and efficiency (it's meant for college students, but you can always tweak it around for work if you're not in college)
