Since I got some free time I continued to play Outer Wilds and here is a recap of my progress! As usual, spoilers

Ok ok ok I officially added Giant's Deep to the planets I'm exploring! I think this might be my favorite planet out of all of them. The constant raining and swirling is so cozy... Yes, the gravity is a bit annoying, but other than that it's super chill

Met Gabbro! The only one I 100% remember by name I'd say. WHAT A CHARACTER DESIGN. Awesome antenna horns. Suit DESIGNED to be able to play the flute. And it's so so so so so much fun to have someone who not only understands, but is also super chill about it. Also shout out to Gabbro for giving me a meditation button so that I don't have to search for a way to die lmaoooo

Finally found a way to the observatory, which definitely taught me more about the Eye

Oh and about how to go under the current. Which I did. Not sure how to enter the electrical sphere though, but I think the answer includes the jellyfish. Also the recording on one of the islands says that Feldspar (?? iirc) knows the way to do it, but yeah. That means going to Dark Bramble

Also idk how I hallucinated one or two masks shining somewhere within the Ash twin, but it's three. One more person who's looping too. So my guess stands, either it's Feldspar or! Some poor last Nomai.

Still not sure how to get inside though. But btw now I'm HUNDRED percent certain the sun is Nomai's fault, all the writings confirm that, and they made the Statues specifically so that it like. Doesn't happen. Because Ash Twin's core "can handle supernova". Which raises the question: what the fuck happened. Guys you were prepared for this you had the statues. And you made the technology. Guys it should be chill right. Current theory is they decided to die on purpose. Sacrifice their species. Somehow thinking that it's gonna change things?? We'll see

Oh also the thing orbiting the Giant's Deep is pretty cool. Knowing more about it I started paying it more attention as I wake up and!!! It shoots a different location every single time. Meaning!!!!!!! It's somehow unaffected by the time loop (+ potentially designed to work within it). Wasn't it made to search for the Eye? By just kinda trying random locations? I think that's what's going on. Were they hoping that once it finds it... the loops would end? The sun doesn't supernova? Those two might be connected

Also damn the sun for its gravitational pull I just wanted to look at the sun station. (Admittedly I didn't try THAT hard but yk. Damn. Also the station is spinning so fast)

Also I THINK I'm supposed to search inside the Interloper, but I haven't found any ways in. Oh and it does fly into (close enough to) the sun several times per loop, at least two. Bc it does that at the beginning for sure

COMPLETELY FORGOT AND REMEMBERED WHILE PROOFREADING. ANGLERFISH!! I finally found the way into the anglerfish cave. Useful info, but also the game thing is so adorable aaaaa. Genuinely the kinda stuff I'd play as a kid

And the way they write constantly and their recordings are the text you can LOOK AT suggests they usually used written language as opposed to spoken. Because why would the kids be discussing the rules of the game in writing and not just words

There are two ways of getting to the sun station (I'm guessing you haven't gotten inside yet?) I found one of them by dumb luck and circumstance lol, so keep lookin' cause it'll answer a lot of things (also. Talk to Chert?)

The interloper ahhh I think you're gonna have a special moment with that one I don't wanna say too much y'know? But do search its entire surface (and butt) if you haven't yet, it'll give you some hints you're already on the right path with its orbit.

Yessss I think the Nomai writing is so so cool, and you can also see how different the kids' writing is from the adults', with the kids it's bigger and less neat, I love it...

AGHHGH on Monday I’m starting a 2-week-summer-job, I’ve worked there before for a couple of days during the summer for about 4 years but this year I also need to handle and talk to the customers, and I’m excited but really nervous about it!
