Sleeping without dreaming: Unconscious void state
Dreaming in a sleep: Unconscious shifting.
Shifting: Making the unconscious conscious, taking control of your subconscious.
At least that’s what I believe now and make sense to me.

little reminder
Letting go is not trying to do the opposite. It’s not trying to think the opposite or resisting. It’s simply acknowledging and allowing.
Let’s say you’re overthinking or you have doubts, you can’t fully believe that shifting is real or you think you won’t succeed etc. When we say “let it go” we don’t mean resisting those thoughts or forcing yourself to think you’ll succeed (like affirming success while deep down you feel like you’ll fail)
On the contrary, it’s about acknowledging that you have doubts, that you’re afraid of failure and realizing that these things do not define you and that shifting/manifesting happens beyond these labels anyway. It’s about accepting that.
Just say: “I can have doubts, I can have fears. I accept them, but I also release them. They are not obstacles to my success. I acknowledge them and let them go.” If something doesn’t feel right to you, do not force yourself into it and create resistance. You don’t have to pretend you’re not afraid when you are. When you accept your fears and realize they don’t define you, it becomes much easier to feel free.
little reminder
you're shifting unintentionally every moment.
you just need to realize and do it intentionally.
realize that you are pure consciousness.
become aware of awareness.
you are in control.
remember that.
a little reminder
shifting has never been something you had to “succeed.”
shifting is simply becoming aware of what’s already natural.
let me try to explain it with an example so it’s easier to understand:
in physics, when you apply a force to something, it applies an equal and opposite force back to you, right? as far as we’ve learned, that’s how this reality works, no interaction is one-sided.
just like that, when you set an intention, the realization of that intention becomes inevitable. because you’ve already applied the force, and therefore, a force must be applied back to you. that’s the nature of assumptions, and that’s how shifting happens.
the force you apply = setting the intention to shift
the equal opposite force applied to you = the shift itself
so the result naturally comes back to you. but if you hold on too tightly to “I must do it, I have to succeed.” energy, resistance forms, like friction in a system. because when you apply a force with the thought “I have to succeed,” you create an extra external force that interferes with the natural flow. and resistance, by nature, scatters energy.
but just like friction keeps cars from slipping on the road, you can use that external force to your advantage. it’s like when you push something and it pushes you back, but when you shift your position a little, the same push helps you move it more easily instead of blocking you.
shifting isn’t about trying.
it’s about becoming awareness.
because you’re already “shifting” all the time, your thoughts change, your emotions change, your frequency shifts, and so does your state of consciousness.
it’s just like breathing: you don’t constantly think about it, but it’s always happening. shifting is like that, a cycle, a rhythm. it’s always happening, but we rarely notice it.
and when you do focus on it, you realize, “oh, I'm breathing.” that awareness doesn’t create breathing, it just acknowledges, becoming aware what was already there. it’s the same with blinking, even when you’re not aware of it, it still happens.
when you notice it, you can blink faster or slower, but when you stop trying to control it, you don’t stop blinking altogether.
shifting is just as natural.
you just don’t notice it, until you choose to.
we can’t “see” our thoughts, but we know they exist. nobody asks, “did I really think that?” because thoughts are part of us, we just know.
shifting is the same. it’s not an external achievement; it’s an inner remembering. a moment of realization. it’s natural.
so stop treating shifting as something you have to succeed.
you don’t have to “do” it, you’re already doing it.
it’s part of you.
you can’t win it or lose it.
you don’t have to struggle to achieve it, because it’s not something to be earned.
shifting isn’t an action, it’s you.
it simply exists, just like you do.
it's natural. it's all about your awareness.
(ps: I’m not trying to make shifting sound logical or fit it into physical rules, or saying "I'm gonna succesfully shift" is wrong and is a limiting belief (depends on your perspective and beliefs). I just wanted to explain the concept in a way that feels easier to grasp, proving the point it is a natural thing.)
thanks for reading!
How do you know something is real? Do you remember your beginning? Do you remember when you became conscious in this reality? Do you remember when you "arrived" here, other than what you were told?
Yesterday I watched Inception and when I first watched it years ago (before I knew about shifting), I barely understood anything because I watched it half-heartedly. But watching it again after learning that the only true reality is being pure consciousness.. it was honestly mind blowing. It was one of the best movies I’ve watched in a long time and I wanted to share some thoughts about it.
I’m not sure if this will contain spoilers but I want to talk about a few scenes anyway.
