a shifter, tarot reader, theta healer, spiritual person and thinker who loves exploring the space between consciousness and reality. also pharmacist in her cr. here i share my own theories, experiences and reflections about shifting, awareness, and the deeper layers of the mind. this blog is entirely based on my personal thoughts and journey.
if you’re someone who questions, feels, and believes all at once, you’ll probably feel at home here (i hope so? this is a safe place for every shifter/manifestor)

i’ve been on this journey for a while now and have already manifested many things, even physical appearance changes, so i’m super excited to connect with others who are walking a similar path!
and if you have any questions feel free to use my ask box! (as long as i'm comfortable answering, of course) i'm trying to help as much as i can!
but i don't want people to think like i'm super powerful, full of knowledge or anything like that I'm some kind of guru. i'm just a girl on her own journey like everyone else, learning, searching everything and sharing her experiences and theories along the way!

you don’t have to agree with everything I say, some parts might not fully click for you, and that’s okay! you don’t have to believe every single word. what matters is how you interpret and use what i share according to your own beliefs. (you don't even have to use them or interpret at all!) i can only offer what i’ve experienced and what i believe, it’s up to you to make it your own.
If shifting is a quantum transition of your awareness, if parallel universes truly exist, then you're an explorer traveling between dimensions, discovering the universe itself.
If shifting is a psychological phenomenon happening entirely within your own mind, then you're the creator, the god, of your own inner universe.
Either way, it offers a freedom far greater than being confined to a single ordinary world with fixed limits.
What makes it worth pursuing isn't where the experience takes place, but how real it feels.
So whatever theory you believe in, whether it's the multiverse theory, the idea that shifting is an incredibly vivid experience created within the mind, or something else entirely, don't forget that, either way, it's an extraordinary experience worth having.
So please, do not give up on shifting.
Because the experience itself is worth everything.
GUYS SERIOUS QUESTION WAS MONA LISA SMILING OR NOT SMILING?
If anyone says she was smiling, I'll throw myself off a cliff. What kind of Mandela effect is this? I even remember talking about her not smiling in art class?? In fact, if you thought she was smiling, she was smiling, and if you thought she was frowning, she was frowning.
"The universe is called the YOUniverse because it's you inverse. It's your thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions of the world in verse, coming from you. That means you actually have control over the reality you're living in, and everything in your current reality reflects your thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. It's you inverse. That's why it's called the universe."
And that's the end of the story.
It makes so much sense when you look at it through the lens of pure consciousness and the idea that the void isn't somewhere you go, it's within you.
Whether you take it literally or simply as a metaphor, it's a beautiful way to think about how our inner world shapes our experience of reality.
Probably one of the most talked about topics in the shifting community: What is the key to shifting?
I wanted to add a few thoughts to @bubble-sshifter's post, so all credit goes to her.
You might be looking for that one thing that will finally make you shift, a specific word, a ritual, a mantra, or some secret technique. But do you know what all the things mentioned in that post have in common?
Void state, SATS, hypnagogia, lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis etc. Whatever method you use!
They all have one thing in common: Relaxation.
Honestly, I think that's the key to shifting.
The moment you stop thinking about everything else, not even thinking about shifting anymore, is the moment you completely surrender to relaxation, and that's when shifting becomes natural.
The whole point is to become so relaxed that you forget your body. So relaxed that you forget this reality. And once you reach that level of relaxation, you can guide your awareness as effortlessly as peeling the skin off a fruit.
If there really is a "key" to shifting, I'd say it's relaxing.
Focusing on one single thing.
That could be a mantra, a ritual, a breathing exercise, or any method you like. Because when you're genuinely focused on following a method, your attention naturally gathers into one place.
Why do you think meditation works?
Because your attention is either completely focused on clearing your mind or on following your breath.
Why can something as simple as washing the dishes feel meditative or therapeutic?
Because for those few moments, your entire awareness is on washing the dishes. You're not thinking about anything else.
If someone asked me "What's the one thing I should do to shift?"
I'd simply answer: Relax.
Focus on one thing, and one thing only.
That focused attention also helps synchronize the left and right hemispheres of your brain (at least in a simplified sense), making it easier to enter a theta brainwave state. And theta is one of the best states for letting your body fall asleep while keeping your mind awake.
That's the real purpose of all these methods.
Their job isn't to shift you.
Their job is to help you enter the right state, to relax you enough so you can return to your own essence, to pure consciousness.
So maybe it's time to stop reading hundreds of posts and simply focus on a single moment instead.
I WAS REALLY TIRED AND I STARTED REPEATING THIS IS THE MOST ENERGETIC AND LESS TIRED IVE BEEN AND I STOPPED BEING TIRED AND GOT UP RIGHT AWAY
Hi anon! :)
Thank you for sharing this with us!
Ah, I actually want to write a more detailed post about this because science comes into the picture here too! I just need to bring together both my logical and non-logical sides!
Remind me about it sometime! I'll make a post about the things most of you already know but simply need to remember.
(I have a question, but I’ve asked it so many times that I’m too embarrassed to even put it in the question box jajaja😭)
Hi anon!
Of course, you can ask me whatever you want! (Even if it's been asked a hundred times already haha)
I just want you to know that if your question is something very personal, my DMs are open! But if it isn't, I'd really appreciate it if you could use the ask box instead. (I also usually prefer not to answer general, non-personal questions through DMs, just to keep my inbox from getting too overwhelming. I hope you understand! 🤍)
Also that way, the answers stay public and can help anyone else who's on a similar journey! I also tend to answer asks in more detail so that as many people as possible can benefit from them!
I love how nothing is ever truly a coincidence. I want to share something that happened to me today. Please read until the end. (I don't usually say this, but I feel like some of you might need to hear this)
Today, I decided to wear a tshirt that I hadn't worn in a long time. It's orange, and honestly, I don't even like the color orange that much. It says "Possibilities Are Endless" And that's actually where this story begins.
I left home thinking I was only going to visit my grandparents. I spent some time with them, and later we found out we'd be visiting a family friend. So we went there instead. Normally, my plan was to spend the day studying.
While we were there, our family friend was texting someone and randomly said "Come over if you're free, bring some ice cream too" The person he invited is actually someone in a very high-ranking position, and because of how busy he usually is, he normally wouldn't accept such a spontaneous invitation. But while we were literally in the middle of dinner, someone knocked on the door and it was actually him.
The conversation eventually turned to what I want to do as a pharmacist. If you read my previous post (and if you didn't, that's completely okay), you'll know I talked about how one of my biggest career goals didn't work out and how I accidentally manifested the wrong outcome.
As I was explaining my dreams, my goals, and the future I wanted to build, the conversation somehow shifted toward energy. I honestly don't even know how. But suddenly, this incredibly rational, high-ranking man, someone I never would have expected, started talking about quantum physics, frequencies, infinite possibilities, and religions. Seeing someone who seemed so logical also be deeply spiritual genuinely shocked me. It reminded me that you can never really know what's in someone's heart.
He told me a story that I want to share with you too. (I don't remember every detail, so I'll keep it simple)
There was a woman he knew who was struggling financially. Around the same time, her son had major university expenses (and not only university expenses, in every possible area in their life) coming up. She worked in agriculture. One day, while worrying about how she was ever going to pay everything, she was digging in her field. Suddenly, her shovel hit something. She dug it out and found a box. Inside was money. Not a little. Not an unbelievable fortune. Exactly enough to cover every single expense she had been worrying about. Not one cent less. Not one cent more.
He also told me about another woman who had been dealing with an illness for eight years.
She had started practicing energy work (I won't go into detail about exactly what she was doing) When her doctors ran new tests, they were shocked. They asked her, "What are you doing? What are you taking? You've had this condition for eight years, but your test results look completely normal now." She replied that she wasn't taking anything new. The doctors simply told her "We don't know what you're doing, but whatever it is... keep doing it."
Do you realize how much we underestimate the power of our own minds?
These aren't celebrities. They aren't famous gurus. They're just ordinary people. Maybe they're religious. Maybe they're not. Just people like you and me.
After that, he started talking to me in much more detail about frequencies, quantum physics, infinite possibilities, and consciousness. (Meanwhile, me silently thinking about parallel realities and shifting 😭) He's deeply religious, very deeply religious. (not in a strict way, as you can see) One day I'd really love to make a post explaining why I don't think religion is the enemy people often make it out to be, and why even the things many people see as negative can hold something beautiful when viewed from another perspective. Because that's exactly what I felt while listening to him. Warmth. It honestly felt like someone had answered a prayer I didn't even realize I had made.
Then he looked me straight in the eyes. He told me there was something different about me. That from the way I spoke, he could tell I wasn't inexperienced. He never directly used the word, but he implied that I was a healer. He also told me there were many different ways I could fulfill my dreams, not only through medicine, but spiritually as well.
Then he told me about someone he thought I should meet. Apparently, this person carries on a family profession that no one else knows how to do. Whenever people ask him, "Who taught you this?" his only answer is, "God did." I also want to talk about this one day when I write more about religion. Who knows? Maybe he shifted and learned it in another reality. Maybe he learned it through a dream. (If I remember correctly, he actually said it was taught to him in a dream.) Of course, we don't know what kind of "dream" that was. But if I ever get the chance, I'd genuinely love to meet him.
Looking back now, meeting that man today wasn't a coincidence. He became another mirror reminding me that everything is possible, just like the words written on my shirt.
He told me not to grieve over the things that didn't happen. That whatever kind of life I truly wanted, I would reach it somehow. He reminded me of things I already knew, but the way he said them touched something in my heart. I felt warmth. I felt love. Because no matter how much knowledge we collect, the truth is, we know almost nothing. Sometimes we simply need someone to remind us of what we've forgotten. That's what I felt today.
Our family friend doesn't believe in energy work at all. Yet one day, he went to a bioenergy practitioner together with this same man. He had a problem where his hand would completely lock up whenever he held a pen. He didn't believe any of it. (He even calls me magician lol) But after that session, that very same evening, the problem disappeared completely, and it never came back. He still doesn't believe in energy work. Yet the symptom vanished anyway.
The man himself also told us that there was a period when everything in his life was falling apart. He prayed, and only fifteen minutes later, things started changing. (Unfortunately, I can't share the details for personal reasons.)
But what I'm trying to say is this: whether you believe or not, whether you're religious or not (and like I said, one day I'd really love to explain why I think every religion, when viewed from the right perspective, ultimately points you back toward your own essence, no matter which God you believe in, or even if you don't believe in one at all), energy is real. And people experience it every single day. Whether you realize it or not, everything that happens in your life is a reflection of it, both the beautiful moments and the painful ones.
Who knows.. maybe I was meant to share this today. Maybe someone out there needed to read it.
So, nothing in life is ever truly a coincidence. The people you meet. The good moments. The painful moments. Every experience you've ever had. They're all invitations to realize that your mind has no real limits, that you can consciously work with your subconscious, and that at your core, you are made of pure love and pure awareness.
So don't be afraid to ask. Don't be afraid to dream. Because once you truly allow yourself to ask, there is nothing life is incapable of giving you.
“ how i ALMOST entered void state AGAIN? new method to enter void more easily “
— so I know what yall are thinking, “ what does she mean by again?? “ check this post!! You’ll understand. So let’s get to HOW I did it, okey??
So I just laid down, found a VERY comfortable position and started affirming I am pure consciousness but how I affirmed is kind of important. So I draw a star while affirming… yeah that sounds completely stupid, let me explain.
So as I draw one line of the star, I affirmed I am. Then the other line, I affirmed, pure. Then wait, I’ll draw!!
like this… does this even make sense? I am not sure but it surely helps!! it helps with both staying focused and affirming at the same time!!
Since your focus is on drawing the star, you won’t think about something else that can take your attention from the void state!! Also since you’re affirming at the same time, it helps with your focus staying on entering the void!!
Well I hope this helps yall because it did helped me!! I was randomly doing this in my head and I started affirming too and in like maybe less than 5 minutes, I started having symptoms of entering void.
I am naming this method the star method!! Please let me know those who try!! I hope this method can make your void journey easier!!
This might be one of the best methods, it's like a combination of things I keep saying! Plus, the star reminded me of little lights (if you know you know, from my posts) With a little fairy dust, it's become a perfect method! (yes, I'll try this tonight instead of my usual method, I need a change!)
What recommendations do you have for going to the void tonight? 🙏🏻
Hi anon!
I’ll keep it as simple as I can. Instead of just a recommendation, this can be more like a direct method.
Put a "Left-Right Brain Sync" Frequency (use your headphones).
Lie down in any position you want (preferably the one you feel the most comfortable in and the one you usually fall asleep in) and close your eyes.
Set your intention.
Watch the darkness behind your eyes and repeat an affirmation you’ve chosen. (Something like “I am pure consciousness” or “I am pure awareness”)
During this process, try not to fall asleep. Just keep observing the emptiness behind your eyes, you’ll realize when you enter the void. (You might start seeing tiny white lights, kind of like little stars. If you do, just follow them! Before you know it, you'll find yourself in the void.)
Honestly, it’s really that simple! Just don’t overthink whether you’re in the void or panic about it. Stay calm and keep your focus on your affirmations and the darkness behind your eyes.
And if you ever have more questions or if something feels unclear, don’t hesitate to ask!
Okay guys, we're back, did you miss us? Cause we missed you!
Jokes aside a proper greeting, hey guys!
It's been such a long time since I last posted here (again 😭). I'm still not completely back but I'll try to be much more active (can't promise anything tho ☝🏻) but hopefully I won't disappear for months again lol. (at least that's what I hope)
(p.s. I'm posting this 9 days after writing it. I'm cooked.)
This post is mostly just a little life update/rant and my next post will finally be about my latest shifting experience! It's also been forever since my last shifting journal update. (and also I'll change my pfp too, tmi)
So a little life update..
My life was ruined lmao (Actually.. wrong manifestation. Do what I say, not what I do, okay? 😭 I was making a little totem(?) ritual, hoping the thing I'd been waiting for would finally happen so I could come back here.. but apparently I shifted to the wrong reality instead)
No actually, I'm cancelling that statement. Everything is going to be okay.
But the point is, I want to be a reminder that even if you shift, manifest and practice spirituality, pray, whatever you do, your life doesn't have to be perfect. (it doesn't mean it can NOT be perfect, of course it can (it's all about manifestation right?), but if it doesn't feel right sometimes, it's okay to feel in that way too.) I think being honest about both the positive and negative parts of my life is the best way I can help people here, so I decided to share this one too.
First of all.. who told me to chase an academic career and follow my dreams when I could've just gotten a normal job and made money without putting myself through all of this?
...
Me? 😭
My success obsessed, "I just want to study and get paid for it" "I'll regret it if I never reach my full potential" self could literally NEVER choose the easy route.
Even if I can shift, I still want to enjoy my life here too. (with all of ups and downs, yeap, exactly!)
So, I was manifesting a HUGE career opportunity. My family was convinced I would get it. Everyone around me was convinced. I passed the first stage.. and then failed the second one. And I was SO sure I was going to make it. I genuinely believed it was mine.
It broke my heart.
I felt like I had failed in every area of my life. It honestly felt like the end of the world. (being a leo = drama queen, but seriously I cried constantly and completely drained myself.) (And this is actually a pattern for me. Whenever I ground myself too deeply in this reality and forget who I truly am, I also end up slowing down my shifting journey. Yeap. Look at those beautiful limiting beliefs of mine. 😭 Again: do what I say, not what I do.)
For a few days (exactly three actually) I felt hopeless.
And here's the funny part..
Right before the results came out, everything else in my life had already started going wrong. Then I caught myself thinking,
"Everything has been going badly lately.. what if the results are bad too?"
Please. Stop thinking.
(And the funniest part? I recently realized I'd done the exact same thing two years ago with my exam results. I literally told my friend, "If I ever miss Level 4 by 9 points, I'd cry." Guess who missed Level 4 by exactly 9 points? Please.. be careful what you say.)
...
And they were.
(The funny thing is, the very next day (yes, while I was crying) after I manifested changes in the documents, they actually changed/revised! But I had manifested seeing my own name on there.. unfortunately.. I wonder what I did wrong..? lmao)
So please, be careful what you keep repeating to yourself. Sometimes one tiny assumption is enough. (And I really mean it. Even though I was mostly confident I'd succeed, that tiny little feeling of doubt.. ruined everything. But it was my experience, not yours. That's why I'm telling you this. Always think positive, if you can't think positive then cancel your negative thoughts, accept and release them. I miss the acception part, unfortunately.)
But after that, I took my energy back.
I genuinely believe everything happens for a reason. If something doesn't happen the way I wanted, then something better must be on its way.
And honestly.. even though I've manifested so many things, there are still moments when I feel like I can't control my own life.
And that's okay.
You don't have to put yourself on a pedestal.
When you've been grounded in this reality for a long time, you're still just a human being. Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to always "do it right"
Don't forget to give yourself credit sometimes. (because honestly, that's what I can't do.)
You really can manifest whatever you want. It's as natural as breathing. Both good, and bad.
So then.. why couldn't I manifest this?
Because after so many bad things happened, I started believing this would go badly too.
Just one tiny assumption was enough.
But honestly, if something doesn't happen, I choose to believe it's because something even better is coming.
See?
That's one of my limiting beliefs.
I can give advice all day, but at the end of the day, I'm still just another human living this humanly reality too.
After learning about shifting tho, it became much easier for me to reclaim my energy.
Sometimes I like to think that this CR is actually my latest DR, that I scripted this life before coming here.
I'm not saying that's objectively true, but thinking that way helps me.
So whenever something doesn't go my way I tell myself, "Maybe I already planned something even better." (EXCEPT for the part where I'm a human being who cries for hours and becomes dramatically hopeless. I absolutely hate that part 😭)
So long story short.. I'm currently focusing on my academic career. (I choose to be a cool scientist in this lifetime) (It's not easy to be a logical person with an unlogical mind lol) (Also which basically means I'm trying to do something I knew absolutely nothing about.)
I spent more than 21 hours studying a single research paper.
And I'm still going. Please throw me into the void so I can rest for a while. (it is done btw, finally)
That's why I disappear for long periods of time, I've been buried under research papers and academic work. (Seriously, who learns an entire cancer research paper in a week and then summarizes it in their third language? 😭 (I couldn't summarize it hehe))
(Also.. if you ever need help writing a Statement of Purpose or a Study Plan, hit me up. I somehow became an expert at both by accident.. Do not.. ask me.. sigh)
And I have a new shifting story to tell you! Before I forget all the details, I really want to share it. (I have a fish memory, ironic isn't it? I'm pretty sure I already forgot the details) As I promised, I'll slowly (really slowly) start answering asks and DMs again. (oops.. I did it again) Yes, I'm late. I know. I know.. I might even be very late.. but hey... one answered ask is still one answered ask.. right?
YAP SESSION OVER
Thank you so much to everyone who actually read all of this. I love you guys so much. And please tell me about your life too! Your shifts! Your shiftblr updates! Because I am genuinely SOOOOO behind on everything. 😭💕
Guys I’ll answer all the asks and DMs from time to time.. I might be late, might be super late, super duper late, but I’ll answer no matter what. Sometimes I just want to give proper answers and that makes me procrastinate, especially when I’m caught up in this reality. So please don’t think I’m ignoring you or anything, I’ll answer even if it’s a hundred years later. I’m trying my best, please don’t hate me!
Do you believe twin flames exist and If yes can they Break through dimensions to get to Their Person If they are fictional in this reality
Hi anon!
This might be a little controversial but even if other people say twinflames are made up, I believe in them and since I believe in it, it’s real for me! Honestly, it all depends on perspective. If something is real for you, then it is real. And if it isn’t real for someone else, then it isn’t for them.
But I’d really love to explain why and how I believe in it from my own perspective!
I believe I have a twinflame too. Nothing is meaningless and nothing is really a coincidence. The people we meet, the people we never get to meet but still somehow come across, none of it is random.
Sometimes, certain things keep pushing you toward someone. Without realizing it, you get exposed to so many signs, and honestly, you’re the one sending those signs to yourself! But usually, someone acts as the trigger. That’s what happened with my twinflame.
Actually, I don’t even like using the word twinflame that much anymore, because it gets presented like it’s some fixed, stereotypical process and I’m not really comfortable with that.
I also don’t think the purpose of twinflames is simply to come together and have a romantic, love-filled relationship. In fact, some twinflames don’t even have to meet. A lot can happen without ever physically meeting.
In my own experience, through a chain of “coincidences” I felt an instant connection with someone. Back then, I didn’t know this much about spirituality or shifting at all. Don’t think I’m being vague because there’s no story, everyone I’ve explained it to in detail has been absolutely convinced we were “meant to be” Some connections really do transform you into the person you were meant to become.
At first, I couldn’t make sense of the whole process. I honestly thought I was losing my mind. I thought I had actually gone crazy. What I felt, the number of coincidences that were way too many to just call coincidences, the way life kept leading me back to that person..
And if I remember my essence this clearly today, it’s because he acted as a mirror for me :) He taught me to love myself as much as I loved him. The first time I saw him, I felt like I already knew him, and I thought I couldn’t live without him. Now, I know I’ve always been with him, no matter the circumstances. I was never separate from him, just like I was never truly separate from anyone else.
All the experiences I once called negative brought me to who I am today. I started understanding the things he had gone through, realizing we had lived through the same patterns. We were mirrors of each other, right down to past life connections. Even though our paths continued separately, I found my own path through what he reflected back to me.
So in a way, he was the reason I returned to myself. He was the reason I understood that I am pure consciousness and he did it without even realizing it.
I do believe twinflame energy exists, but not in the way people usually describe it. It wasn’t about finding myself in him or losing myself in him. It was about seeing myself reflected through him. Truly seeing myself. I felt that bond and too many undeniable things happened for me to dismiss it. It was proven in different ways again and again. From my perspective, I can’t say twinflames aren’t real.
But can we end up together? I don’t know. I’m not forcing it. I let it flow.
So for me, there’s no such thing as strict “twinflame stages” or the idea of someone being your “other half" You don’t need to be two broken halves to become whole. I think the real point is realizing that as two complete beings, you were never separate from the same whole to begin with. Is there someone who acts as a mirror for your journey of remembering you are pure consciousness? I think yes. At least for me, yes.
What I actually believe is that since everything is energy, we transform that energy through each other. Twinflames are more about transforming lost/changed energy and using that process to return to your essence. It’s like someone vibrating at your frequency, reflecting back the energy you’re meant to transform.
But this doesn’t mean “we are special and separate from everyone else.” Actually, it’s more like two drops of water remembering they are part of the ocean. We are all drops in that ocean, and twinflames are like two drops standing next to each other, eventually merging. You know when you see two drops of water on glass slowly moving toward each other until they become one? That’s what it feels like to me.
I’m not sure if I explained exactly what I mean and I also do not want it to sound like something overly special or exclusive. It’s simply like a matching frequency, an energy that mirrors you so you can remember your own essence during your personal journey. So for me, it’s not really the “two halves of one apple” kind of idea. Not special.
And can it be fictional? Yes! If it helps you return to yourself, if it acts as a mirror for your essence, then whether it’s fictional or not (and honestly, from another reality, we might be the fictional ones) doesn’t really matter. What matters is your perspective. What matters is what you feel.
And if the person asking the next question is the same anon (I’m assuming it is), unfortunately I don’t know the person you mentioned, so I can’t really comment on that specifically. But I don’t really believe there is such a thing as an “original.” None of us are separate or more real/original/special than each other, we are all as real/original/special as we perceive ourselves to be. I think realizing that is important. It's like writing A or A or a or a in different fonts. But A is a.
Just because your energy and frequency match with something doesn’t make it the “original" For someone else, a different frequency and a different energy would feel like the original. So in a way, everything is original, but at the same time, nothing really is. I don’t know if that makes sense haha
And if you ever have more questions or if something feels unclear, don’t hesitate to ask!
I shifted like 10mins ago, it was "just wow", I was lying on my bed I did nothing but just lying (on my side as I am side sleeper) I didn't care abt anything in the 3d I was in my imagination and and then I suddenly fell from my bed and I knew it I left my physical body then I was still in the same bedroom, my goal was to enter the void state but, I shifted instead. Before shifting I tried so hard to enter the void state, I had the feeling of being pulled in my head, then my feet and my hand but... No void state anymore, I shifted into a random reality, it wasn't one of my drs (maybe because I told myself I really should change my reality now), I stayed there like more than 4hours, but I slept like less than 2hours, It was blurry at first but then it became clearer and vivid, I was a girl in this reality (I a boy in this cr) and then it was a magical reality, a old man told me " In your reality, the reason why people there aren't magical is because they teach that to you since you were kid" (I talked to him abt me) and I then everything went blurry because I wanted to go back to this cr. This was my first shift and it was crazy❤😭 I also saw a guy similar to my crush there👀❤
My question is abt how to end up doing things we intended but not like my situation??? Iwanted to enter to void because I wanna revise lots of things in this cr (it's not a void state question but, I want you to help me too if you can). You helped me so much in my journey (sorry English is not my 1st language)
I love your blog so much❤ I know lots of things abt shifting bc of you❤. Sorry it was longer.
Hi hi hi! :)
First of all CONGRATULATIONS!? You shifted?! We should absolutely celebrate this?!
And secondly, before I answer your ask, your account actually caught my attention a few days before you sent this. Most of the time I miss notifications and they usually just show up as something like “+3 notifications” on my phone but yours specifically appeared with your username and for some reason it stood out to me! Probably because of your username (which honestly felt like a personal sign for me) and I still have the screenshot on my phone! What a coincidence! (which is not actually) I’m really so happy you wrote to me!
And the place you shifted to.. :( That’s amazing! And I completely agree with what that man said: “In your reality, the reason why people there aren’t magical is because they teach that to you since you were a kid.” That’s exactly what I always say! We were only convinced that we don’t have that essence because we were taught that we don’t but in reality, that essence is exactly what we are!
And honestly, having your first shift be random can sometimes be even more motivating! I’m genuinely so happy for you! I have no doubt that next time it’ll be your DR. And seeing your crush.. that reminded me of the time I randomly found myself at an airport and told my s/o “hug me.” Don’t ask why.
Now, about your actual question personally, I think the reason comes from the fact that we’re still holding onto certain things, still kind of trying.
It’s a little different because for DRs (or the void, in your case), the mindset becomes: “I’m trying to shift to my DR / I’m trying to get into the void.”
But for random realities or random shifts, it feels more like: “I’m shifting / I’m getting into the void.”
If you know what I mean.
For me too, going to random realities is honestly much easier. Because when I attempt shifting, my goal isn’t a specific reality and I can fully place my focus on myself as pure consciousness. My only focus becomes having an OOBE or experiencing that pure consciousness state and sometimes I just find myself in the void.
From my perspective, shifting happens in stages (this doesn’t mean it has to be like this for everyone it works this way for me because this is how I convinced myself of it; otherwise, yes, setting an intention is enough). Since I got used to astral projection/lucid dreaming first, I feel like I need to experience my pure consciousness state before shifting happens. That’s like the next step for me.
During my last OOBE, while thinking about going to my DR, I realized I was thinking about my DRself but not thinking like my DRself. There’s actually a very subtle but important difference there.
In my previous random shifts, I would just suddenly become aware in the middle of a situation. But in that thin line, where awareness can slip away before grounding yourself, it becomes much easier to either fall back into a dream, become lucid or return from a shift.
That’s why it’s important to know yourself in that moment and use trial and error. In many of my random realities, before returning, I would shift somewhere else first or my awareness would slip into a dream state again.
For my next attempt, I’m thinking about either focusing on thinking like my DRself or grounding myself first in a random reality and then shifting from there into the reality I actually choose.
(Honestly, I haven’t had much motivation or time to shift lately so I wish I could test this and give you a better answer from direct experience but for now, unfortunately, you only get theories 😭)
So basically, the core of it is finding the position where you feel the most comfortable and experimenting from there.
You could try grounding yourself in a random reality first and then moving your awareness into the void from there but that might also make things more complicated for you. The important part is finding variations of a method and adapting them until they work for you.
For example, when I try to shift to my DR, I put way too much pressure on myself. I overthink, I focus too much and even achieving the first stage becomes complicated. I end up making things harder for myself.
It was the same with my first lucid dreams I was trying so hard to stay in that dream state and not wake up that I was actually making shifting harder.
Sometimes you have to let it happen. Just let it happen and stop trying so hard.
Did you shift while trying to enter the void? Great, enjoy it! Ground yourself in that reality and maybe on your way back, you can stop by the void too. Or maybe you won’t even need the void, you might just permashift to another reality where everything you want is already there!
Believe me, everything is under your control. You know better than I do what will work for you and how you should do it. I found what worked for me step by step, by asking myself. So ask yourself the same.
And if you enter a random reality again while trying for the void, instead of returning, affirm that you’re already in the void. Or ground yourself there and move your awareness into the void from that point after grounding yourself. Or just stay permanently in a reality where you already have everything you want. Your random experiences are also precious and be mindful and grateful for them too!
Moving between states is actually very easy, we’re the ones who make it difficult for ourselves.
I hope this was helpful for you! And your English is totally fine, don’t worry! And the longer is better!
And thank you so much for your kind words too. It makes me really happy knowing that what I write can help someone.
You already knew everything about shifting, I just helped you remember it a little! :)
Thank you for sharing your story! And thank you for unknowingly sending me a sign too haha.
And if you ever have more questions or if something feels unclear, don’t hesitate to ask!
today’s tmi: I saw a date in my dream (on March 31st). There was some news I had been waiting for during that time and in my dream I saw the date May 16th. But May 16th felt way too late for the news I was expecting, so knowing that time is something that can bend and shift, I knew that I would receive the news on April 16th instead. And that’s exactly what happened, the news I had been waiting for for weeks (almost a month? maybe even longe?) actually came on April 16th. Lately, my dreams have been acting like messengers.. it’s kind of weird.
tmi 2: I will change my pfp, please don’t forget me okay? 😭
