“Sleep, Dream,” George’s hand caresses his head as he mutters, voice soft with sleepiness. He sounds like he does just when he's falling asleep. Soft, sleepy, eepy. Dream presses his face into George’s chest, closes his eyes. Dream can feel it as George breathes out. He breathes in. 

Or, for Dream there's the space between being awake and asleep, and in that space, in his bed, is where George is. Always.

George copy-pastes the IP from the server into their messages. He invites Dream into his world, this server, instead of inviting himself to Dream’s office. The world spawn for the server is a flower forest biome, right on top of a tree.

Or, George loves Minecraft, George loves Dream, and the way those feelings intertwine in his chest, in his heart.

What kind of block is the real question, the lines aren’t quite defined. Color would help, but Dream has a feeling he’s not going to meet his soulmate anytime soon.  So with a block resting on the skin above his heart, maybe, just maybe, his soulmate is just Minecraft.

Or, in a world where your mark blooms with color when you meet your soulmate, Dream waits for George to make it to America, to live with him, and as time passes, hopes with all his heart that they're soulmates.

And just like that the phone rings.  George grins. States into the camera, his face on display. His face and Dream's body. And George knows. He knows what it looks like, Dream’s naked front draped over him like this, the way he looks in Dream’s arms, the faint hint of sheets below him. 

Or, Larray calls when George is in bed with Dream in Paris. It gives George an idea.

“Just,” he pulls back, smirking at how fucked up Dream looks already, his hair messy, lips red and puffy from George’s kisses, “it’s my birthday Dream,” he states. “Yeah?” Dream kisses at his cheek in response, and George giggles at the way their cheeks feel against each other, their facial hair scratching together when he moves his head to the side, “it’s your birthday. And?”

Or, George ends up with Dream's fingernail marks down his back as a birthday gift.

It’s an odd thought to have. George loves seeing Dream’s face. Waited years for it, to the point that learning all his facial expressions, cataloging them in his mind, is something that he loves. George knows Dream’s smile, loves his smile, the way his teeth show, his eyes sparkle. All of it. Has traced his face with his hands even.  The mask though. It sparks different kinds of thoughts.

Or, George loves Dream's face. Loves Dream. His thing for Dream wearing his mask, that's new. But not completely unsurprising to him. Not at all.

It's been a year. One whole year with George. It's kind of crazy to think about for Dream, especially as he's sick and laying in a bed in LA with George by his side.
