It's just so very frustrating that everyone can be so nice to me and call me pretty but i can just, out of nowhere, decide that im not.

Then, because I feel ugly, I lose all confidence and stop interacting in ways that would give me any sort of validation, shrinking into myself, and because I'm not getting that validation I feel even uglier.
