gwendolyn bardellian (she/her) has never not been going through a lot. she has been the headmistress of the biggest academy in arkadia for hundreds of years, and been married to the merchant baron for a little less time. he has been unfaithful for just as long, though. the order of athena is not an easy group to be in charge of, but as she controls who gets in with an iron fist, her opinion surpasses all.

bennie cougar (any/all) has a birth name, and you’ll never know of it. it’s both a matter of her gender and safety; you cannot be the leader of the most radical art group in town and the right hand of the local mob boss without an alibi. they grew up together after all, and she’s even the godfather of his precious little girl, nadia. bennie carries a dagger in their dress since they were 12, and has since upgraded. to what, you ask? well, that would just spoil the surprise.

to most, theseus (he/him) is an asshole. to some, he's just a kid under pressure. but his professors and peers all must admit, he's a promising alchemist. raised by his single mother alongside his older half-sister, the fact he made it to the academy at all without a prestigious background is a surprise; he intends to keep you surprised.

mac joie (he/him) just seems like a typical stoner college kid at the surface. and don't get me wrong - he is. but a glance of his eyes reveals his demonic heritage and the bronze ring he wears surely isn't a coincidence. he doesn't talk about his past a lot, but you may connect the dots when you check out his sister cam's punk shows with the maggots.

pyrrha (she/her) has been loyal to artemis since the goddess appeared to her as a young child. since then, she has been single-minded in her devotion, to the point where she became the head of her huntresses on mortal lands. the goddess still appears to her sometimes, awakening feelings pyrrha has never felt before.

kaiser weiss löwenheardt (he/him) was raised alongside the children of the wealthy family his parents served. “alongside” doesn’t mean “as equals”; but that contact allowed him to learn how the wealthy think; how their businesses function; and most importantly, how to take them down. his web stretches across the underprivileged side of the biggest city in the continent, and it is the second most important accomplishment in his life - the first one being, of course, his beloved daughter.
