"I'm off for lunch in like fifteen. You want me to make you something while you wait?" Arlo asked as he finished cleaning up the area around where people ordered.

When Arlo had arrived in town with the others, he was more than certain that he was never going to see anyone else from back home again. What was the likelihood they'd be traveling through the same direction and wind up stuck in this same town? That's why it caught them by surprise when they spotted a more than familiar face finishing up a conversation with someone. He waited til they were through and made his way over. "Arthur?" he called from behind him.

"Okay, but tell me again how I managed to make the sexiest woman alive my girlfriend?" Arlo stood in the doorway of their bedroom, having finished up in the bathroom, and now seeing her in her full outfit for the party at the lake.

"Have you been able to do any of your tattooing since you got here?" Arlo asked from the kitchen, looking over at Arthur who was seated on the couch, and then back to the freezer to finish getting the ice cream out. "You want a bowl?" he asked going to the cabinet to grab one down for himself, and thinking it only right to ask his guest if he'd want some too.

"That one's broken" Arlo warned as he saw the other put their laundry on top of one of the washer's. "I think there used to be a sign" he was more than certain that there had been. Maybe it had fallen between machines.

It was amazing how just in the time since the Lake Party that Arlo's stomach had grown from looking simply bloated to an actual more clearly noticeable bump if he wasn't wearing layers, and given the time of year it was too hot for that. They'd even had to start looking for new bottoms at Haversham's as the ones he had had when arriving to town could no longer be properly zipped or buttoned up. Gym shorts and sweat pants with elastic, stretchy bands had been a godsend.
"Hey" Arlo smiled after opening the door to let Raine in. While normally they would be over for just a casual, friend visit today was a prenatal check up. They felt bad that Bunny couldn't be here for this one because of work, but the two had agreed that it would be okay.

Arlo's gaze followed another person who was carrying a lemonade, "alright that's it, I need me one of those." he pointed to the person as they took a drink. "That lemonade is looking way too good right about now. We should go get some."
