Idk if you're still doing the valentines thing, but um, Army and Mask maybe?

Sure!

First date:

Army of course wants to make his dates special for mask, so once confessed he has an important question -where would mask like to go? With this, mask thinks for a bit but ultimately comes up with an unsure answer of trying the new trendy game themed restaurant opening up. They go and are surprised to find bootlegged enough to pass mario's, foods that are carelessly slapped with game refs on it (all your pasta are belong to us) and the only thing creative is a minecraft themed burger - its just cube shaped. Overall they have a night laughing at the silly place and army vowing he could do a minecraft burger way better and way more inspired than that was! Lo and behold, army approached mask with one the next day and he lost it laughing. Overall fun and silly experience :)

Food that reminds me of them:

Of course, mask often gets really sick when seasons change, and a thing that army makes special for him is home-made chicken noodle soup - a slow cooker filled to the brim with broth, chicken, beans, carrots, potatoes and corn, lovingly seasonned and prepped to each other's liking with noodles cooked and added once that's done, there's nothing like it. Mask can never go back to souless canned soups, army is that amazing, and the one time army fell ill Mask dug into his boyfriend's cooking manual and did his best to make the same thing. Clumsily but with all the love and effort and thensome, army nearly cried when mask returned the gesture. From then on, it's pretty much the only thing he can cook well himself, and he tries to do it often. Sometimes love is homemade soup. Also i just love home made soup its the best ever

Their favorite activity:

Surprisingly, the two of them get very invested in animes together! Army has a love for the more mystery-filled kind as he loves to take notes, and often the two have nights where army teaches mask a food recipe and then they sit down together and eat their creations. Horror/mystery genres have them both on the edges of their seats especially, and army always gets extra excited when he gets something right! Honestly, mask would've never guessed he'd get so into it with him, but now he wouldn't trade anything for these times spent with him.

i think theres something very integral about army’s involvement in the s5 and i love talking about it so this is GREAT especially these two because they’re both very interesting. mostly because they’re BOTH pretty much the antithesis of army’s whole ‘strict and uptight’ deal in directly opposing ways, with aloha being on the positive end of the spectrum and mask being on the negative end.

this works in favor to the relationship in equallly different ways, they’re both foils to army’s consistency which allows for rider and skull to act as grounders for any given situation. It also makes it more interesting to see how either aloha or mask deal with army, since the foil goes both ways, where aloha and mask both don’t want to be told what to do.

aloarmy is all the more interesting for this because it makes both of them very vocal, where armask is very quiet, with more of a focus on actions. for example if u put aloarmy in a room and tell them to do smth like for examples sake stack cups, it would devolve into a bickering match where aloha would be fighting against an order. if you put armask in the room and told them to do it, mask would probably not even bother to follow armys orders and bicker much less in favor of ignoring them and doing whatever until its more favorable to xem to follow than to ignore. and thats kind of a stupid example but it Makes sense to me. 

i also love the enemies to lovers idea with s5 which is kind of magnified between these three because of their lack of slack when it comes to their own ideals. where skull and rider are more fleshed characters the others are not, having very simple motives. aloha wants to have fun, army is strict, and mask doesnt care. thats not to say they all fucking hate each other but its to say they oppose each other enough to keep it interesting. 

aloha and mask also probably have a tolerance for army and vice versa. and since they both care ab them obviously they dont push it. i think both mask and aloha act very similar when they’re trying to be genuine. its sweet its silly its cutesy pop. i care them
