Slowly opening the bedroom door, Nat took in the sight of her parents sleeping. Tiptoeing over to the nearest side of the bed, she poked her father in the shoulder as she leaned over to whisper in his ear.
“Wake up, Daddy.”

“Wake up, Daddy.”
Bruce’s nap lasted far longer than he’d expected, so upon waking, he wasn’t really sure what day it was. Wrapped in a blanket with his hair sticking every which way, he shuffled to the kitchen, standing at the fridge for a few moments before narrowing his eyes upon seeing something missing. He made his way through the house to Clint, and stood and spoke, voice low with sleep.
“Did you drink my juice?”
"Run!" ( Hello! )
armedwitharrows: { Hi =D }
“-- what? Where?”
The hardest part of being at Clint’s home, was his children. They were wonderful. A joy to be around, and always happy. But there was a constant burden on Bruce’s chest when he was around them.
He’d never have any of his own.
Bruce slipped out of the house and walked out to the field, sitting himself on a bench and hoping his absence wouldn’t be noticed. He envied Clint.
