Noire had clearly spent too much time outside today as she could slowly feel all her strength leaving her. Maybe she should’ve eaten before she left her apartment. Regardless, it was too late to go back. She was going to have to grab something to eat on her way home, although she didn’t really feel like stopping to eat in.
While she was wary to try something from one of those food carts -- who knows where it came from -- it seemed to be her only real choice all things considered. If she wanted to prevent herself from passing out, it was her only option. So, she ordered a pretzel to hold her over on the walk home. Noire fiddled with the lid to the cheese for a moment, her other hand already holding the pretzel, and ended up dropping it...onto someone.
“O-Oh dear. Oh no. I’m sorry I-- Kjelle?” She paused before she could continue to apologize profusely upon recognizing her friend. “I-Is that really you?”
