Agents of Shield crafting two alternate realities where Grant Ward is free from Garrett's influence and has the opportunity to grow into a more stable individual, but making it so that he'll never end up with any alternate version of Daisy is really personal to me!

Framework Ward was being mentored by Hand, grew up different and Not Evil, only for Framework Skye to be a fully dedicated HYDRA agent that would see his goodness as a betrayal of her values!

Then in season 7 alternate reality, Hand kills Garrett before he could corrupt Ward, foreshadowing the repeat of her Framework role, but OH NO, this is the reality where Jiaying dies before meeting Cal so Daisy doesn't even exist here!

Chef's kiss whoever decided this!

i think there will always be a part of daisy that will wonder if she just didn’t understand ward enough.

she tells him in the framework that she didn’t totally understand ward until she met his framework counterpart.

but even in season 2-3 she brings up that she didn’t understand him.

i don’t think it’s even an “i can fix him” type of thing, it’s simply a “i want to understand him, because i know what it’s like to be misunderstood”

she would never forgive ward, but she could eventually come to understand him.

One thing you need to know about me is that major character injury is my bread and butter. I love it, I think there's nothing better than it

I've been watching agents of shield for the first time because of my recent obsession with brett dalton (thank you until dawn), and I just finished watching season 1 episode 13: "T.R.A.C.K.S" and baby when I tell you this is a 10/10 on my scale of major character injury moments like omg

Coulson finding skye in the basement literally made me sob so hard because that's literally papa and daughter! simmons crying in the med bay and fitz comforting her because skye is like one of her besties and she's so scared for her gives us so much in terms of their relationship. grant fucking punching the car, literally the hottest thing i've ever seen, and may telling him not to blame himself, but like he's her SO!!!

I have ten thousand thoughts on grant ward to share with y'all who care to listen. I literally don't understand why they would have him be evil! (yes I spoiled myself, I do this for everything) Like I understand wanting to have something shocking that captures the audience, but I honestly think that the show could have continued with him being good and been successful! His dynamics with skye, fitzsimmons, may, and coulson are literally everythinggggggg that a person could want in a tv show

Like I'm sorry but the grant ward that is presented to us in season 1 before his evil reveal just doesn't fit. It feels like the writers needed something big and just picked it out of a hat. Project centipede and everyone working with it was a perfect villain for season 1, and yes I know that the ward storyline continues into later seasons, but I'm sure they could have come up with something else. The way grant worries about simmons, fitz, and skye when they're left on the train because he wants to protect them! Give me this for 10 seasons and I'd sit my ass down and watch all of it!

I just think there was so much potential with grant ward and it just got washed away by having him betray the team and also never get any redemption! Like I'm telling y'all we could have had something so special, but we only got it for 3/4 of season 1

absolutely nothing beats coulson telling the guards to "not give him one inch" in regards to ward when they're transfering him, then ward almost immediately getting out of the handcuffs and escaping 😭

I swear Ward frustrates me so much.

I loved him and then the twist happened, and it's like watching a train wreck as the seasons go on because dude wtf are you doing.

You are a grown man.

WHY are you REFUSING to look at the life you've led and realize that your decisions, while a product of your upbringing to some extent, are ultimately YOURS?

The irony of Ward being added to the og team in case May needed another specialist to help her put Coulson down if something went wrong with the T.A.H.I.T.I project and in the end it's Coulson who kills Ward

Ward telling Daisy that hydra will win because shield be will be to busy deciding right and wrong while hydra had already taken the shot.

And when given the opportunity Daisy doesn't hesitate to take the shot. Damn that resonated with her.
