Posting a TEXTWALL of shit I put together for a friend and I's Navi OCs.
So their names are Natxampay (mars), Hawnuyu (armourer), and Txanhufwe (jay), meaning roughly of ocean, protector, and heavy wind respectively. They are shortened to: natxam, hawnu, and txan. Natxam and Hawnu are from the ocean clans, and Txan is from the plains.
Explanation in-depth under the cut. All using Navi words, but using Maori grammar for the ocean clans and Navajo grammar for the plains. Tried to do my research! Lemme' know if you know if it's wrong.
