Aromate

An aromate is a non-romantic partner, and can be either sexual or non-sexual.  It is not a platonic soulmate, because the word “soulmate” implies that you are incomplete without that person, which goes against what it means to be aromantic.  

I am very annoyed at whoever left that false definition at Urban Dictionary.
