Mammon and Beel are likely to be your best bet for high level enthusiasm.
Mammon is already extremely tactile and leveling that up to official QPP’s would make him extremely happy.
Beel is also extremely affectionate and any reason to take you out on traditionally “romantic” food dates is an A+ in his book

Now I know this isn’t one you mentioned but I feel that Levi, Asmo and Satan would be content no matter what you labeled your relationship. Most contact is perfect to them even if they may have a few that they deem “too romantic” for your relationship.
Satan always likes to respect boundaries and if you respect his too then you’re going to have a solid relationship.
Levi of course has a few things he’d view as a purely romantic thing but there’s a lot of traditionally romantic things he would deem “a normie thing” and see them as platonic himself.
Asmo would very much see things like kissing as too romantic but a lot of other physical and object affection would be thrown into platonic categories without a second thought.
Stern on Romantic vs Platonic
Lucifer and Belphagore seem the types to be very strict on romantic affection and platonic affection.
Lucifer may be open to changing his views on certain affections being a viable platonic display, but there are certain things that will make him uncomfortable in a platonic relationship.
Belphagore is likely to be even more apprehensive with giving traditionally romantic affection because he doesn’t want to give someone else or himself false hope. So he typically prefers to do traditional platonic acts in his platonic relationships.
